To be fair Cristal, I have spoken to some of the biggest holders and most are very calm almost horizontal. Maybe it's shock. However I have access to people very close to the inside and they are bemused at the hysteria on here and elsewhere.

Gary, they might not mean it to pay down the capital but the interest from between now and August 2020 meaning a judge can turn down their default claim forthwith. With funds coming from operations or JV to pay the outstanding balance when it’s due. They do actually say up to 20 million and that may include paying off YA too and if they are told that this loan will do that but OMF are blocking it and you’ll end up with nothing then do you think YA will be very happy? Maybe sue OMF or pressure them into accepting a settlement? Lots of permutations.
