There has been ample opportunity for someone to do so while share price has been range of £1.00 to £1.50 for a long period of time and nobody has shown any interest.

Nobody knows what the agreed terms will be in future. How the arrears will be paid and over what timeframe, how regular the payments will be ect.

Once pipeline resumes and operates for 12 months only then will any buyers get a full picture of what they're buying. Until then can see zero interest here.

If the company replies to you directly and states they will be in a position to release results soon and you share that information on that group and get your head bitten off, so be it.

Still think when these results get released and they will, this will go to 5p.

Interesting view, my understanding is that someone posted about possible results being issued this month from North Hemlo and Sunbeam properties, hoping they're not delayed. The group CityG character took offence to this as felt it was a negative comment posted repeatedly by the same person which wasn't the case. Thus, now another group set-up for only positive people and positive comments.

The fact sp currently+80% lower than IPO, many people in at this price or higher, this group admins which has a FCM board member as an admin believes no negative comment can be made.

Hope this clarifies the situation.

Surely, now vote will take place probably next week for which the ducks have been lined up. The risk has reduced considerably but closing share price saying otherwise. How much was baked into price.

Personally, think there was nothing wrong in this mornings post about M Sale being out of his depth as CEO.

No doubt he's a brilliant Geologist but been a poor CEO. This isn't about any hidden agenda, an opinion of a shareholder since IPO.

If sp doesn't reach the 5p of first warrants, I have no doubt 79 will replace him in a flash. He must be aware of this too. No more excuses.

I too think if the results which have been delayed and due imminently are decent, board should've explored other avenues before taking on this huge dilution. I'm very aware IPO price now is a best case scenario thus zero profit for people like myself .

As a long-term holder the communications from the board have significantly worsened over time. This phase III trial should've commenced in 2023 with no explanation given for the ongoing delay. We get the impression things are progressing extremely slowly but is their reluctance from Avion or are they just happy to go at a snails pace. Very frustrating.

All broker targets from 2023 have been exceeded. When does that happen in a stock? Most recent targets were from October 23. Time for new targets exceeding £10 in my honest opinion.

The payment of outstanding arrears could be the sticking point, in past KRG have made good on arrears but this time feels different. New agreements now with SOMO will complicate this issue.

Vote was a formality this morning. Only 0.02% opposed the resolutions.

Turkey could've ignored the court ruling and made decision not to deal with Iraq/KRG again. International courts have limited power to enforce awards, how can they? The fact they are appealing suggests they will accept the final decision after all avenues have been exhausted which could take years. Thus, makes sense to start the exports and let the legal process continue in parallel. Would be totally different if only one side was losing out in short term but here its everyone.
