With a sale of an asset in negotiation, board now immune to criticism at AGM. Placing for £500,000 is a decent amount, need to tell investors on Monday some exciting exploration plans for rest of year. First half of year nothing much progressed.

Although excited by prospect of a significant sale of an asset, not mentioning which one is a bit strange.

Obviously can't say how much until agreement with buyer but going by what 79 group were prepared to pay, there is a ceiling here.

Yes, unfortunately Marc Sale has failed as CEO. His contacts to get a sizeable deal were the last part of this jigsaw. Excellent assay results but nobody wants our assets.
