I can only assume, this RI was forced onto Metro by the PRA based on that statement. They probably will take no more action against them.

However, Metro later increased the total sum raised to £375m, due to high demand. There were around £1bn worth of orders for the new stock.

I don't think we can reliably estimate PLUS's profits at this stage, it can be anywhere from £0-£200m. Any PE figure is meaningless. Though if they go into full share buyback mode then the sp can only increase, I hope it keeps on going up based on the Crypto surge, but those revenues are not guaranteed to be constant quarter on quarter.

FFS, they should have just done a RI and be done with it. P*ssing around with a placement is clearly a waste time over the last 3 months.
