ma5k, its a interesting point re most people will be looking to sell given news of a sale. However I'd like to think while that applies to current PI's, surely a company with liquid assets greater than mcap (so thats omitting all speculative value, just liquid assets) will attract some fresh value investors and II's.
We sit with an mcap sub 3.5m, any sale will hopefully be greater than that - then we've got our investment portfolio and cash balance (other people could post precise figures of their value i'm sure). I'd like to think MM's will see our liquid assets compared to mcap and rerate on open.
