Since when did the housing market solely encompass new builds? You seem to have fallen on your bias to infer something from my comments that isn't there.
I don't know enough about the market, but if there is a trend of customers going through the trade, then I can see a lot less leakage in demand than might be expected. Also, you only need to capture say 20% of total revenues of around 15m for this to make sense. It just enhances the leverage.
You're right about wealthier people though that is a valid point.
When all is said and done, I'm getting a juicy yield. Alfista, I'm not sure what you have got from the exchanges here.
