Sentiment is a fast moving beast. A loved treasure today can be junk tomorrow and vice versa.

Clearly some set out steps to overcome as per the RNS.

1. Submit Audited Results

2. Finalise Interim results

3. Submit prospectus

4. Start trading again

Those 4 steps alone won't imo change sentiment as many will see as the bare min, but point 5, funding, could.

Talking of fish...in response to your question about becoming unspended without funding announced...Yes, I do think the SP would get battered.

The suspension has been so long, I would imagine many will just want to get some cash back out even if funding was announced. The shear length of time that has past will add nerves.

For me, against the grain as always, but I actually think the suspension has prob done us a favour in terms of protecting the SP at this level. If we weren't suspended I suspect it would have fallen further like most other micro caps have over the last 6 months.

Minus some shocking goverence mis-management, I don't see to much change to the story here or its goals.

It was risky as before and still is. Its why I'm here to an extent. Thus, I'd more likely top up than sell if we get unsuspended.

But that's me, and I enjoy buying when no one else wants to. I hate losing even a penny, but can afford to, thus my aims might be different from others, same as my views in terms of risk.

Everyone knows there wont be any truth to those reports and its just a targeted campaign to spread hate.

Theres never been any truth to any of the outlandish statements made, but, some are easily fooled and the vunerable get mislead easy.

The biggest red flag is that there appears a targeted attack on here to control the vote and spam this board with topics all in an attempt to convert holders to the vote group.

Today has really highlighted that to me and remains one of my main reasons I can't lend my shares to that vote.

Along with no one being able to answer how they would solve the current problems.

No one wants to be a turkey voting for christmas and at present thats how this vote is coming over.

If thats orgainsed by the FT group them Im glad they got rid of those NEDs as clearly they weren't to be trusted

Reading over the details it is clear the company is very low on cash.

It does raise a few questions though that I would like to know how the new job propose to solve.

1: The ore is at a 3% head grade. How do they chsnge that, as given they can't, they, just like Shirshir will still need two more concentration units to hit higher production, so again, I can't see that fact changing no matter who is in charge.

2: VAT refund. Its looking like the local gov aren't that likely to give back the VAT owed anytime soon as they appear as cash strapped as TGR, thus how would that change if the new group was in charge?

3: Pranagraf, only way to obtain it is to pay for updated valuation reports and then in turn pay the price required. Given the company has no cash right now, how are the new group going to pay for that?

4: Wages. The new group has a nice list of NEDs, CEOs etc, but how are they getting paid? The company has under 200k to its name. I can't see that covering the long lists demands. Thus payment via shares I would imagine, which is more dilution for the rest of us.

5: Funding. This soubds like its in the very early stages to me, but what connections do the new group have to suddenly make it happen quicker? DD takes time. How do they plan to reduce that time? They dipping into their own wallets for 30 mil? I doubt it.

Overall looking at the results I can see why we are where we are. The margins are tight and we just don't have the cash needed to get in new NEDs etc.

Overall, poor figures but I actually felt like there was a plan reading that RNS and I just can't see how anyone else would be able to change the current headwinds as most are out of our control.

Tough ride ahead, and close to the wire, but all in all roughly what I expected.

Good to get an official update and that's all I really ask right now.

I appreciate they can't give dates when they don't know them themselves, but its nice to see the company is at last communicating via RNS, which gives more confidence in the processes to me.

All of that is true HarChris, and I for one have never said I'm not judging him on performance, simply that this upcoming set of results isn't my only benchmark. I never previously expected much from this year so a poor set of results fits with what I would have expected given the stage the companies at.

My issue isn't with his failings. I think even his most vocal supporters would agree there is big room for improvement, its that nothing has been present which shows the new group to be any better.

As I've said, several times. The new group might be amazing, but they need to show that, which they haven't so far.

As I see it, listing his failings is focusing on the wrong element here. We all know what to expect if he stays in place. The focus should really be what would we expect if the new group took charge.

As an example, Isabel has worked in comms for St Brides Partners for some time (within a consultant role I believe, but don't quote me). I know St Brides Well as they do the PR for dozens of AIM and small cap companies, so you would expect a smoother running PR element with her onboard. (She was on board before and it didnt improve, but that might be because she was restricted by current board).

I want to believe. I want to be excited by the suggestion of change, but all I see is negatives towards the current board (some made up stories too), and lots of spin. Wheres the positive facts?

In addition, and I'm struggling to understand the reasons for this, as it stands, theres no way the vote could win with such a small percentage, that the FT group have. They must know that, yet they aren't reaching out via here etc to make there case to gain more numbers (because I don't believe some of the pro posters on here are offical reps as to unprofessional to win any hearts and minds), thus what is there real motives? Do they actually want to take over or do they just want a big sit down to maybe get some extra incentives off the board, or do they want to cause unrest as payback?

Its very unlikely they will be found on any big rich list as Forbes top 100 for India has number 100 worth over 1 Bil. So if they are on a list, they are going to be thousands down.

Secondly, and this isn't in reply to anything you have wrote, but to the wider audience. I would be amazed if he wasn't a millionaire. I'm pretty sure he would have been before getting on with TGR. The whole Poddars family have been running businesses for donkeys years I believe.

Renewable energy is a money making venture. Its the only reason it exists. I don't believe for one minute any of it has anything to do with some good ethics save the planet vibes but rather corps seeing a way to make more money by having a new market.

I don't disagree that the blame lays at the CEOs feet but I think what JC is getting at (and I might be wrong here) is that Robbie is to blame as its his decisions which have led us to where we are, but there is also mitigating factors to consider such as PFK taking 2 months away from this audit which haven't helped us either.

I'm not asking to question you, but rather to be informed by you.

I don't think he is causing the delays, but equally an email to one, sole investor isn't enough either for me to give it to much credit.

Its a personal email, containing information that Robbie hasn't felt was worth sharing to a wider audience, thus as such, its weight is lessened to me.

I feel many may hold your view HarChris and as such, agree the next set of results could be pivitol.

While I wasn't expecting much from these results and viewed this project longer term, I feel many may not be so forgiving.

I won't be basing my decisions on the results, but can understand why you would, afterall who doesn't want to see progress.

Credentials of new proposed board are key for me. If they are proven money spinners, proven leaders, proven graphite industry experts, then it becomes more exciting.

@Saluc, for me, I wouldn't be to happy if Suni was sold off. Mainly because it is in my future a big part of future plans and required if the company is ever going to hit the heights its suggested it is aiming for.

Additionally, that asset has cost the company dear, first the purchase but then the resulting battery minerals distressed selling which literally wiped 50% off the SP as they sold out in just a few months.

Having gone through that pain, it would be nice to know it wasn't all for nothing. Although, that hope is maybe a luxury we don't have right now.

The market is suffering and has beeb for some time, but that to shall pass, as it always does.

My fear is kneejerk reactions to a bear market, destroying the future growth as we eventually enter a bull market.

I can happily sit on these prices for a year or 2 more without much worry, and I would much rather do that while we get things going and finely tuned than totally rip up the company. Be that via fire sales or replacing the board (at the wrong time).

I understand your concerns but to me its more serious than simply "best option".

I've seen companies which missed target after target still get funding and I don't personally believe what I feel is spin that TGR can't get any funding with the current CEO in place. Worse CEOs have got funding.

The main reason funding is likely hard right now is because the markets are weighed against large cash injections in general. Esp given Graphite is in oversupply.

Now, as it stands the company exists. As holders we can sell if wanted. However, if inexperienced, unproven individuals (and Im not saying they are), take the helm, you add the risk of them messing it up even more and the company going under.

At present, and as a part of capital protection in a bear market (for smallcaps), that risk feels larger than staying as is.

I might have a different view than many, simply because I tend to view wider market influences as important and as a holder of dozens of companies, you do get to see market wide patterns.

The new group has to show how it will change and improve things over just not liking things.

They might be able to do that, but a twitter group only method isn't very encouraging that they are in tune with getting there creditentials out there as many don't use twitter.

As with all these projects, obtaining the finance is the biggie. If ORCP can do that and within the remit of a favourable deal, then its a great result.

I don't expect that quickly though as these things take time, but if they could pull it off within the next 14 months I would be impressed.

Its going to be a lot of money needed and relatively, we are in the dark about figures with this project i.e , capex, opex, margins etc so hard to tell value, but you would imagine it has to be worth more to this company than the 1.4 Mil Mcap at present.

Very possible Har Chris. I'm generally of the mindset that was isn't said is often more important than what is. Not just here but across the small/micro cap markets.

That doesn't mean I'm sold on the new group, basically because I haven't seen or been shown how they would improve things i.e. actual skill sets/abilities too and that is really, even above trust, all that matters when push comes to shove.

Anyone can shout "pick me first" but words don't mean much.

If the proposed board was listed with pre-existing achievements next to each name, highlighting how they would improve the company, for me, it might add more weight (although I still think numbers wise its a tough ask to expect to win).
