After all Pete has contacts in government and he wouldn’t want to embarrass them by misleading his shareholders, especially those who just paid 5.7p to join the merry go round. max.......... I thought/hoped the June announcements were the "proper news".................thats why I became bullish..... then the reality set in with the "pinky pete promises" turning hollow...... I am convinced that the previous RNS on the DRC matter now contains details/assumptions that are now proven to be wrong..... 90 days mobilisation... september start ....blah blah.....One would hope that Mr Nomad would be applying some pressure on pinky promise pete to set new goals....... but alas, not sure thats what Nomads on AIM do........B

I agree max... no double digits this year. With the slide gaining momentum now, even a 30% spike due to significant news only gets you back to 6p......... which is where we were on MSC announcement. Revenue numbers gets you to 10p if they follow the forecasts.......as it stands we have a £15M forecast for 2021, and 9 weeks to go..... and it seems we will not be adding any new MSCs to the revenues and any big tech contract will likely be counted in 2022 now. So do you keep adding at these lows or do you think this is another set of smoke and mirrors.........seems at the moment the view is the latter.....B

hope you have better luck elsewhere Drax......... quite clearly Peter is happy to remain silent. After all he has his DRC contract signed [to go with the others] and he was very careful to explain it cannot be unawarded...... however, he may have missed the point, as without ratification it is meaningless.... just like a lot of contracts Pete has signed over the years. I am not sure if he can go many more months without an update, but he will string it out as he might be better [in his mind] with a death by a thousand cuts slow slide as opposed to a full head chopped off 20%er fall if he has to to explain a large delay....... Either way, silence equals drift..................B

win, no news is bad........ ratification has been inbound since July..... remember from June update.... 90 days to mobilise..... so september start we were told, and even in August were told the mobilisation was ongoing..........we have seen 170 ish days pass by.... not a word....... If we were making money, Pete would have said. That £15M EOY looking in trouble, but if Arden said it, it must be true and still on...... B

was thinking of having a little nibble... but might wait for calm. remember buying these at 0.6p [60p in todays money I think]...... just as we got the mine licence for BP........ so... no update [on anything!] since the mid Aug presentation......... Nov next week. Do we think the quiet is because all is well [so DRC/Liberia up and running] or because Pete is polishing boots whilst he waits for ratification. If the latter, then the switch from Westminster paying for boots to DRC has not happened...... £2.5M only goes so far.... Need a new payment model, where the client picks up the tab for delays not the supplier.......Imagine if that was the case, WSG would be in the FTSE 100 by now...lol B

O1G.... you are right.... whinging for 6 years........ rather than what would I do differently, more to the point what has Peter done differently..... since the Ferry debacle... nothing he has done at the helm has brought about success.... a profit I mean, not awards, after all, as Geentee states, you cannot buy those.

I think it is reasonable to know what has happened in DRC.....

In June he announced big contract wins........48 hours later he placed @ 5.7p stating he needed the money to get the boots on the ground for September starts [ratification a formality]
He reaffirmed at the webinar that those boots were on the ground ...to be ready for the september start.....[ratification a formality]

It is late October.....

So, have they started..... if not then who is paying for them to hang around preparing the ground.... obviously its WSG without a contract....... so, what happens when/if the money runs out before ratification..... I think these are relevant questions for grumpy Pete.... after all if he needs more money, it aint gunna be 5.7p again is it!......

Some clarity from Pete would be sufficient... silence is not the right answer.... but no doubt there are many on here who would give Pete the benefit of the doubt, after all he has awards.......B

ok, here goes......

1) Mezzanine Loan facility - what a cracking idea..... It required the top mathematicians in the country to understand it - got to be a Nobel prize in it....
2) The Ferry business
3) Vending Machines for mask.... absolutely brilliant.
4) Mango masks....... OMG, why didn't Versace think of that.....
5) The Sky advert..... absolutely brilliant... and we followed it up by...... erm.... damn, we didnt!
6) I think 5 is enough and completely justifies the awards....

And for clarity for those who suggest that WSG are so important to the nation , that they were gifted the HoP and The Tower contracts, I suggest they were standard government tenders and rather than WSG being the best Offer, I think they were more than likely the lowest price...... and it explains why we never make any money because that's the way Pete operates..... B

They have funds….. just more games. The 25 p places may be a tad annoyed being 15% down on day 1. Need contract news to move now. B
