Interesting SP this morning, not sure why the run for the door though?. Journey just beginning. B

Gentee, you forgot to mention the share price destruction from 90p to 4p and the dilution from 15 m shares to 360m.
You also forgot to mention the £50m he has placed in the last 10 years without making any profit.
You also forgot to mention that this is a security company that is supposed to create shareholder value. This warm fuzzy feeling from awards and honours seems to suggest that the BoD are measured on what they can deliver to themselves rather than shareholders. These honours are not being translated in to new business or valuable business and we are literally scraping a living.

DRC was supposed to change all that and once again it is starting to look like an anticlimax. Pete is the ceo and therefore feeling sorry for him or hoping he had better luck doesn’t make you rich. What wsg need is a leader who says something and then goes deliver it. Peter and his family have turned wsg in to a family business…..at 70 odd, he wants the awards….. as for shareholders…. “Let then eat cake”……. And at 4p odd, that’s all we can afford. Not being nasty, just don’t like directors of public companies who take the money and take the p155…. Something Peter’s been doing for years. B

Thanks Pokerchips..... selling @23p now...... thats all time low territory..... so peeps either wanting to just get off the bus irrespective of loss or the other theory that forward selling leaves the owner able to keep selling below the placement price at an overall profit...... not sure myself, but pressure still down and not up...... Only turning jam in to contracts will get a thumbs up from the market at the moment.......Having the USP.... mostly spoken about today is only a differentiator if the big suppliers buy it..... and Steve F suggests they are knocking on his door and not the other way round.... we shall see what comes of it........ B

It will be interesting to see how long we stay below the 25p........ with all time lows of 23p... and 40M plus at the 25p price.... cannot see this going much lower....... After all, it looks like all the bad news is out the way...... however, LOOP need to get 70 plus contracts a year just to stand still....... if they average £100K each......thats about 6 a month........ B

I recall Steve F said that 11 Instys took part in the placement....... and 3 were existing ones..... with no TR1s, they obviously only bought tiny amounts...... Not a great start for them all with SP currently about 5% below the placing price........B

It is going to take a large contract win... [and a sticky one at that] to push this back in to 30s I think...... It is quite clear that they are moving market direction and effectively starting again with new customers [not many of the old business customers are migrating to the new model]......but they suggest they are adding new clients very regularly with 17% of the £50M per annum of pipeline at advanced or very advanced stages...... and 15 already in the bag......[but may only be a couple of million per annum]..... but with a MC of £25M [post consolidation of new shares].... we need to see LOOP in a new light from those days of having £100M plus valuation for LOOP........They have deffo come back to earth with a thud !!...... and Steve F is not that major shareholder he used to be........B

Just listened..... seemed to go ok... Steve F did ok. Mentioned a few times that he was not particularly happy with the 25p going rate for the placing, but stated it was essential to move the business on. Could be some big wins in the next couple of months......to go with the great Q2... funny that they didn't mention any Q3 successes but looks like Q4 could be a gudden. Average win seems to be £100K [I think I heard it right as Steve F suggested they need at least 70 wins to break even or did I get that bit wrong], which means they need a lot of wins to make some decent revenues and profit. It does seem they think the future is bright and having 60 international licenses under their belt next year makes them quite an attractive partner to the big Telcos.......lets see what the market thinks over the next few weeks......B

And Aiming you live in hope rather than confidence that all will come good. I respect that, but if there was no grumpy shareholders, Pete would quietly just keep rinsing us and repeating… until your 2 million shares are worth less than a Ford escort. B

I have had enough 180s with Peter to become the broken record that I am. I restored my faith in Fowler in July as he had 2 new msc’s to play with. What could possibly go wrong I thought. Well looks like the smoke and mirrors have come out. If the ratification was a formality and weeks not months, it does make you start to worry that the DRC procurement process may have not been followed. And Pete is in hiding. I wonder if Pete is actually responding to DRC issues rather than just checking the post everyday . If the former it would be nice to know what the issues are and can they be fixed. The problem here is we are getting back to pre msc share price, meaning if there is a problem then the 3s is a certainty. Just need some clarity from wsg and as we know Pete don’t do that. B

ontarget, we have been waiting 2 years for the African government re-org for another Westminster certainty..... With Pete having gone silent accompanied by his grumpy tone from the webinar that short term delays set against a 20 year backdrop shouldn't be continually seen as bad...... however as I have said before, the 20 years doesnt start until the gun goes off.... and there seems to be a gun to be found... and if he can wait 2 years plus for his other african contract, then why would he be bothered if this one drags on... after all he has the cash now, family xmas party can be booked.......B

jtd............... well anyone buying for the last few days has done better than the 25p placees..........I got a wedge at 23.8p, and it has made a tiny dent in bringing my average down....... I decided to see how it goes..... looking forward to tomorrows presentation.... B

yep..... some definite kickin and screamin going on with these shares.... volume picking up towards the end of the day, just like last Friday..........some getting on the bus others getting off..... nearly a 100M shares from tomorrow..... of which at least half are sticky..... the other half dunno...... could be a rollercoaster for a few weeks......B

Steve, that string of RNS will get us in to the 6s I am afraid...... The £15M FY21 revenue is looking more like a pipe dream as we enter the last 2 months without any news on revenue or big tech sales.......... DRC looks parked and Pete has gone on holiday it seems.... B

The thing I dont get is that ultimately that behaviour just drives the SP down...... so why would a company purposely let these buyers take part in placings if they know the MO is to trash the share price even when the pacing was likely distressed. Mr 30% would not really be wanting in if that was the ultimate outcome ... that his 30% would be a lot less than the £5M he threw in...... I get the short term gains by the placees.... but ultimately it just destroys companies that might actually have some value...... Whole way AIM works is poor, but the Market sheriff don't seem to care much.......B

I have heard that before where shares sell well below a placement even when that placement was at an all time low… would make sense if you happen to have sold those shares in advance at a much higher price and averaged down with those underwater shares you eventually have to buy at the placement price. As you say, it’s illegal but who cares on aim

JTD.... maybe..... considering Steve F was supposed to have is own personal wealth at stake..... he has already watched 90% of it disappear in 12 months........ could be in a council house by next week if he isn't careful...... He kinda bragged to me that he started this business 13 years ago [or something like that]..... not sure taking a £100M plus business public and spending shareholder money on a company for £60M and then having to get the begging bowl out at 25p to buy another one would be considered a success story........I am sure he is learning the hard way....... some bloke owning a tad under 30% of the enlarged company plus other sticky holders should [in theory] stop constant trading but the share movement here has always mystified us... especially that fateful Nov TU when the floodgates opened.....B

Confusing when you see big sells at 100k and 50k @ 23p....... they are at a loss because they are lower than the placement and are near all time lows....... cannot be shorting again after closing..... or what other reasons [apart from needing the cash] would you let go now.......B

Thanks IanB......I am making lots of money elsewhere thanks... but will continue to call Pete out because he is one of the many CEOs who takes the salary and delivers nothing, he pi55e5 me off with his "big up" followed by a placing followed by silence.... Africa is his bag, he should know what's what... he clearly doesn'tdoesnt.... After 5 years of ****ging him off... I thought June was the turning point... .... You are very sanguine about Pete, and I bet one of the many traders he so despises...... each to their own....but I will continue to spout drivel until the tide turns.... Pete doesnt seem to be doing anything to counter my claims does he.........Have a nice weekend.....B
