Aiming.... just frustrated that I seem toi have got sucked in again............. Peter has done it to me again FFS.... thinking he is a trickster of the highest calibre....... when you look at the time between the DRC MSC announcement and a placement [72 hours] it reminded me of the many funding hints he made on several podcasts after TEMA announcement that drove the SP from 7p to 16p and then back down again to sub 10p........ he has this habit of knowing when to place to keep lights on and Fowlers fed......... I was expecting both MSCs to be filling the coffers by now and a Tech Contract announcement to confirm that the £15M is on....... with 12 weeks to year end...... looks like we are aiming for a sub £10M revenue..... so less than last year, even though covid disruption was worse then with the multiple lock downs...... I still think/hope 2022 will save his bacon..... but if 2021 revenue gets pushed in to 2022, what is there to say that 2022 revenue wont get pushed in to 2023...... Pete just has the opposite to a Midas Touch because everything he touches turns to dog poo........B

market cap now the same as Peters/Arden [same thing] revenue projection for the year........ SP suggests many doubt the forecast....... B

morning all.... another miserable day..... been a constant slide since Aug [5.9p]............. wont stop until Pete makes a noise..... currently he is asleep in his cave.... hugging his awards to keep warm....... knowing him and his family have managed to navigate through another year of empty yet meaningful promises... but as ever they managed to get well remunerated......B

Aiming.... you stated [on here - no bins involved] you had 2M not so long ago........ looks like your marbles have been lost..... but the point is... a volume of 2M 2 years ago would have been something to shout about...... today........ against a back drop of 330M plus..... its not worth a blink.......... we were nearer 6p a month ago..... intuitively ontarget, one would expect the sp to go up as you get closer to a big event.... but as this has gone backwards it does imply that peeps either think the event is much further away than you think or worse... it aint gunna happen.... and at the moment, I am starting to think the DRC contract is more shelfware to go with IRAN and the other AFRICAN contract ...... Market waiting for that gun to go off..... and drift continues.... Pete got his placing away... so other than contending with his 5.7p placees... I dont think he gives a monkeys... after all he hasnt stopped hugging his queens award yet....... which shows that even after 10 years of abject failure.....you can actually get awarded for it.....B

ontarget......... volume on friday was less than 2M....... Aiming and Martyn 13 have more than that [each]....... I did not buy more as I think this has further to fall......unless Pete the start gun...... problem is now that a 20% spike only gets us back to where we were last month........ Pete needs good revenue numbers to get us in the 6s and above....... and they will not be announced until xmas drinkies at best.........my average is now 7.5p........ still feels away away, but combined with a tad of day trading, losses can be won back.... but them 10% swings are getting fewer and fewer here as the same old same old story gets played out time and time again..............B

O1G.......... so at least we agree that the "lack of buyers" means that sub 5p does not tempt anyone at the moment.. prey tell why that might be.......... could it be because Peter cannot be trusted......... and no one sees the DRC contract moving in to execute phase anytime soon.... thus EOY forecast might equally fail to materialise.... perhaps we should shrug that off too.......B

and another question [or 2] O1G......Peter states:

so .... what are the DRC government procurement requirements?........ Are there any written down? If so, can we see them?..... Is the DRC requirement a check list or is it a State Minister sign off or is it the head of DRC procurement [is there one].........or is it 5 different levels of government approval... where it slowly churns from a junior government official up the chain to a senior government official........and then eventually the Head of Government......

And..... why does it need this sign off after the fact..... why was it not part of the original contracting process?.... Why did the DRC AA not ask the governments permission to award the contract PRIOR to signature [would make the contract instantly executable].........

And.... why did they go for a 90 day period..... [September in the contract]..... Is that how long this matter should have taken to ratify...... or was it a guess... either way it was missed... why is that?..... is it because of COVID, is it because it is number 527 on the list of important matters for the Head of Procurement regulations...... is it because no one has ever done this before, so they dont know who should sign it?...... does Pete know what the delay is........ he has not told us... is it because its due any day or is it because he would get a hammering if we knew the real reason......... As said previously there is another African contract [signed on the wsg side] waiting for a government re-org.... that was 2 years ago....... So as this award took 2 years to orchestrate, could this be 2 years away? As Pete has boots on the ground, one would say NO....... but in the spirit of openness, why does he not say what the process is....... I recall from my VAST days...... that when they were waiting for a licence in Romania [that took 4 years]..... there was a never ending myriad of government officials that needed to see the paperwork before sign off....... I wonder how DRC does it?

so lets go back to the question.....

O1G [et al].............. pick on yrabs day ..... can I ask you all a question or 2...... Are you happy with WSG performance to date?".......... SP is 5p............. Dilution has been extreme..... Revenues have fell off a cliff, £3M in H1 2021..... We have had Ferrys, we have hd Mango masks, we have had vending machines, and we have had numerous finance deals that have all failed....... All masterminded by Peter F....... We have had Transformational news on TEMA that became meaningful then became a pitiful amount.... we have contracts that have been signed that sit on shelves for reorganisation or ratification.... we have had no profit EVER...... So, I ask..... Is everyone ok with Pete and his family business?................. I hang on with a view that spots may change..... I think/hope 2022 may be the year.... but until it happens, I will continue to call Pete out...... he has been economical with the truth for years... and it continues.........something is not quite right here.....B

I do not have them... what I have is Pete telling us he has a signed contract that is worthless without ratification.........he stated that the worth would appear by september... It is October..... he started the slip game at the webinar when he stated that the boots had started prelims without ratification and then at Q&A was grumpy when asked about DRC slippage and EOY revenues.... saying against a 20 year backdrop, a small delay is meaningless.... so he knows its not coming anytime soon.... just typical WSG behaviour...... very annoying and very Pete........B

Only1Gibbo, It is unclear to me how a signed contract that cannot be enacted until ratification is news worthy...... its a bit like saying I have the winning lottery numbers, but I don't get the money until the ticket have been checked.....why.do I say this in the light of Pete stating that contracts can not be uncontracted..... one word..........IRAN. IRAN was a signed contract and then Trump jumped in and it went straight on to a shelf, so was never enacted............. so there is absolutely no reason why a black swan may not swim over to DRC between now and the ratification being given......The ratification process started 3-4 months ago...... so why is it taking so long?.... what happens if the government say no or ask for more information or a nasty man comes along and takes over the government.......I hope that makes sense as unfortunately we have been here before.... hence why we sit sub 5p............B

The contract includes a 90-day transition period to allow for operational planning and recruitment processes to be completed. Operations are therefore expected to formally commence in September 2021, although Westminster will deploy its transition team once the DRC government ratification process has been completed in order to commence planning, recruitment, training and logistics.

funny that.......especially as Peter actually deployed the transition team BEFORE ratification, so did deviate from the RNS above...... so Pete seems to have some flexibility... but not enough to commence activity it seems...... B

The problem is IanB, you hit the nail on the head..... "nothing has changed"............ I take that as meaning the way Peter hails a new contract... we get excited... the SP shoots UP..... Pete falls over himself to place at the higher SP........ He then goes quiet as the contract "dependency" slips in to the night........... Happened with Tema and now DRC....... And he wonders why we have pesky traders !!!...... I am sure our 4p holders are starting to make sure they hang on to some profit for the year they have held these dogs..... the 5.7p holders from June are probably more grumpy........ B
