Contract awarded to France state owned EDF.

£60m for 10000 homes. There's 30m homes in the UK.

After just 2 years the solar panels were destroyed by Storm Darragh. Currently being rebuilt by EDF at further cost. Locals are worried about the toxic pollution from the broken panels.

Immigration just raided the site and 16 illegal workers were arrested. No doubt on low wages ensuring even more profits for France state owned EDF.

Solar panels dont work with no sun and wind farms don't work when theres no wind or when its too windy. Green energy is a scam ensuring vast profits for those pushing it.

Interesting the last time Dyani and DG were paid shares it was for the 12 month period from Jan24 to Jan25.

Now they have been paid for 3 months Jan25 to Mar25.

Is it relevant that have they made this payment so soon? Could be something could be about to occur and they want their shares safely in their pockets.

Also interesting that despite various spikes even to 10p last year neither Dyani or DG have sold their shares. This would indicate they have great confidence in achieving the higher prize.

Usually get the big 1m trades start showing now. I've a feeling we're not going to see too many :)

Hopefully most were taken by private investors. If forward sold they will have made their money on the 5p so will not be too bothered about selling at a loss tomorrow below the 3p. It's what usually happens.here.

A few chunky sells last hour. 33m share placing to drop tomorrow. I wonder if they were sold to investors and pocketed, or forward sold, or are going to hit the market tomorrow?

Searcher i cannot recall a GCM RNS being so bullish about govt approval. Words like 'poised' and 'when' are not written lightly.

'The recent demonstration by the Government and its Ministry that domestic coal must be extracted and that the proposed Phulbari coal mine is a big factor is delivering the necessary coal supply, enhances our confidence that the Project is poised to move forward.'

We know Nasrul Hamid had passed the project to Hasina recommended for approval. Again bad timing for GCM as the students revolted and forced her out. But the situation is still the same for Bangladesh and the interim govt is seriously considering mining their own coal. GCM and Powerchina are patiently waiting and are ready to go immediately.

It's not longer IF it's just WHEN.

It's not even a relevant debate coal or solar - 1 Bangladesh already has the coal power stations built, and in operation for the next 25 years with loan repayments due and is importing coal at high cost to keep the power stations running, and 2 Bangladesh couldn't get financial investment for the solar plants it recently put out to tender.

Bangladesh needs coal no matter what and it can't afford to pay to import it. That leaves only 1 solution for them - mining their own resources.

So what defines 'near term'? Reading the statement its clear GCM is not putting great emphasis on the elections so it's quite possible 'near term' means exactly that.

Relax sharebel - most of us paid 1.57p to 2p here so are still well in profit whilst happy to wait to see what unfolds. You're talking bs if you think a few new accounts ramped that volume up. Big positions have been taken and everybody is happy to wait. Digging coal is the future for the Bangladesh. The interim government, China and the next government BNP all know this. Shareholders are happy to wait for the extraordinary profits coming. What have you achieved with the hours you spent on here the last week or so? Zero is what.

Vietnam boom driven by coal

I've been correct on every call I've made about price drop and rise. Check my posts. I'm guessing your average is massive and that's why you're so angry, desperately waiting for the big pay day to pull you out of the doodah.
