Honest question: if one holds a large volume (above 3%) - TR-1 that holding.
Sold on a days part of it & then buys back (same volume sold previous day) next day/ next couple days - do they have to release a TR-1? or RNS?

Am sure you can't bear the gaff here & opened an account just to deliver the facts to peeps' brains. Is better to be silent & talk only on facts rather just noises. This proverb comes to mind: "Empty vessel makes the most noise".

Republic Investment Management got NOTHING to do with Indian govt.!

They're an investment company acting for their clients in Singapore!

Though is a good RNS saying Republic Investment Mgt. Pte Ltd increase their holdings to a huge volume. Republic Investment is a investment company in Singapore. They're believing in OEX & that's why their clients bought in more & they increase they holdings.

So what not to like?
