Mr P that's why the 3m (+ 1m) came in good. OEX needed it badly for their 45% ongoing costs.

BZM was more than 50% down yesterday & back up 54% now on no news.

Soike, agreed they got more shares issued. But doesn't justifies the huge price difference, is it? More over we are much ahead of the operation thn before. They now also identified best location to drilled etc.. To summarise OEX has come a long way since beginning of the court case (which you raise this claim that we're back to position as before then).

OEX has moved ahead steps, maybe atm not huge but progressively moving forward.

Spike, OEX sp was much higher last & previous years before. 4 years ago was 12p.

We're awarded fairly. We got to be fair to GSPC too. GSPC had contributed their share in the early years & only default last few years. DON't forget they're an Indian co. supported by their govt. too. How do you expect them not given a chance to have a benefit of what they contributed before & just give away & get zero back.

Court judgement was very fair for both sides. GSPC paid us what owed & court ruled that they can't play monkey that we get a smooth journey ahead.

Ask this question: if we get new JV partner/s how do you know there's no hiccups & smooth road ahead?

Previous Align R. on 5 Nov. gave OEX at 1.09 - which is 45%OEX plus £3m payment plus other money to start drilling & carry on as plans - which is probably the least situation but is still 2x of share price now.

So why selling off? OEX got the money - no worry of placings, dilution & finally gets going as plans to produce the gas & oil to sell for profit.

Who cares who we JV with - is business. All parties able to fund the business.

Have you guys thought it could be GSPC got someone to buy their share of Cambay. Probably sold more than the money they got to pay out & they keep the balance from the sale. So is a good amicable situation for all.

I think if GSPC remains a JV they got to cough up the money for the drilling etc..
