Clearly agreed with happyholder with that (I about to post this is high level business and do you want your competitor/s to know your margin?) This is not Dragon Den. Moreover in Dragon Den is verbal & put on a show sometimes. I'm close friend to one the dragons and if the dragon agreed to go into business with the pitcher there's audit check and other legal works before the business venture is carried on. Most times than not they'll find what said on show doesn't telly to what on books and no business venture. But with high level business like EQT words said in interview will be taken as legal.

I read as Zeta ceased to be substantial holder from 21 Dec. 2018 - means they now holds less than 3%, which could means due to OEX's issues of shares during those dates (from 10 May '17 to 21 Dec '18) Zeta's % of holding became lesser or/and they could have sold some which reduced their holding %. RNS didn't says Zeta sold out totally. - anyone reading it differently?

If they're paying 15p divi. why people are selling at this price?Unless people think sp will go to around 15p.

RNS out but not one want. So the 1 share buy was good call to RNS out.

I think is good price now to average down or get is as placing was 0.77. People who got in last Fri. or early today at below 0.04 probably sold for profit. So IMHO sp now is good for next re-rate.
