What will happen if this gets delisted and they sold the rig after? Are they going to do us for the money?

Guess GSPC can withdraw if both parties can conclude out of arbitration before 1 Dec.

Fortunately we did have a good Indian judge who ruled for GSPC to pay up not only those in arrears but future drilling costs & expenses to move on. Hope you get some good news from Mark. Maybe also hint about non execs. supporting further by buying in more (don't think is close period) -could help with sentiments atm.

Someone called it correct last night/ before 8am this morning; saying sp. will quickly rise to 1p & some sell out , then dip and then rise back to 1.6p. He/She also warned about not to sell too cheap.

So this is happening. 0.7p support & then here we go.Hopefully to 1.6p end today or next few sessions.

Current price 0.7 /0.75 is the support as in July that's was the price reached which waiting for permit.So what's changed? Permit is here!

Due to many LTHs who were frustrated of holding past years they took this opportunity to sold out. Once they're gone & new level of buyers in, these are the ones who are buying now for the future of EUA so it will be a new re-rate. Wait for couple sessions for those past LTHs to go & new breed in - then sp will zoom.

MM has taken your shares so they let loose now. That's why NT to buy earlier at different prices.

Same like few months back when you can't buy at certain price even price kept falling & then the spring re-coiled when they got enough.
