For anyone who is still bitter about past losses here... this is probably your best chance to recoup some of those - even if you trade on the inevitable rise from here!

If you still don't see it, then do yourselves a favour and walk away... as you are never going to make money on AIM without taking some "educated" risk.

Conversion shares began trading (250 million) on the 9th July and (a further 100 million) on 10th July as per RNS's.

These were still IMHO being flipped / worked through the system until very recently... and perhaps are still being traded...

It would certainly explain the SP being held back temporarilly despite so much consistent buying volume over the past few days...

Regardless... exciting times ahead!

I've added this a.m and will continue to add at the these levels, as I fully expect this to explode once we have both 1) Confirmation RNS about "completion" of conversions & 2) Confirmation on oil flow

Bearing in mind current large trade volume... conversions should either already or very nearly have cleared... anyone any thoughts?

I know exactly how you feel!

I have lost a considerable sum here over the past two years, but feel a line has been drawn in the sand and hopefully - even a lower buy-out offer will square the circle for many LTH's.

Just got to sit back, wait and see...

Agreed. Slow stake building and a complete takeover looks to be on the cards here.

Despite whatever negative sentiment this share fosters amongst disenchanted LTH's... the company and its assets have far greater value than currently credited by the market. The SP is down here - in large part - due to delays and failings of management which a buy-out would instantly rectify - adding immediate value.

But as Apple rightly points out: with Rio right on our doorstep - we now have other potential partners too. Certainly in a better place today and with better potential IMHO.

Sounds like you are the one who is sitting at a loss... and obviously VERY bitter and twisted as a result. Quite understandable... given the history of this share... I don't blame your frustration.

I have traded this share for the past 2 years. I bought back in a week or so ago... and it has started to slowly rise since then...

All I was trying to point out was that, I think the SP has bottomed out and "should" rise from here. I can't guarantee it will reach "your" previous buy-in of course... but I am fairly confident that the worst is behind us here and - at the current level - I am confident of significant gains in the short to medium term.

I rarely post negatively about shares in which I am invested... however I am losing patience with this BOD and their continuous plundering of the cookie jar with scant regard for SP dilution / share sentiment and on the back of very very VERY poor news flow...

About time they got a wake up call from investors I think!

Give us the trading update "IN ADVANCE"... then let shareholders decide about the authorisation on the back of news flow AFTER.

Lack of transparency = mistrust. Shareholder relations need improving FIRST & FOREMOST.

You've hit the nail on the head there... WHY would management allocate so many bonds to Atlas if this was over and above the legally allowed threshold? it's either

1) Poor management or 2) Defence strategy

Take your pick! But I vote NO (under any circumstances) Until Eric comes out of his dark closet and tells his shareholders "exactly" what is going on here!

Personally I would welcome a move from a predator...

After the lack of information this year... and excessive SP dilution - IMHO - I feel most investors would welcome a reasonable offer and vote for it with or without Eric's blessing.

I certainly will not be voting in favour until we get some "meaningful" updates .

I have started to apply a new rule on AIM shares:

1) BB rumour of interest by larger third party... come back in a year.

2) RNS confirmation "of rumour" of interest by larger third party... come back in 6 months.

So following the above example... we should expect news from MYSQ imminently :-D

Sadly AIM BOD's apparently follow the same schedule as most tradesmen I know:

slow, slow, late-late, SLOW!

Where the usual laws of supply and demand are permanently in suspension...

Is that "for once" PI's get to hear the good news ahead of the MM's... Finally we get to play them at their own game! Ha...ha :-D

They are naked shorting their own stock... thus making a profit on the slide. No other explanation for the drop when so many are still buying.

that MM's are naked shorting their own holdings here. No other "sensible" reason for such a slide in SP. Far more buys than sells over the last week.

Got to sit out the shenanigans "as usual" and wait for another good news RNS.

The only upside is that when the tide turns, the MM's will be quids in and be happy to sell everyone back the same shares at a massive premium to make themselves "yet" more money!!!!
