Excellent! So we finish at 6.65 mid price... Clear confirmation of a rising SP growth pattern. Creates a wonderful "easy to read" graph for anyone "still" in any doubt as to where this SP is headed in the coming weeks: Here are the mid prices from the last month: 5th of April 4.9 / 10th April 4.95 / 13th April 5.30 / 18th April 5.35 / 20th April 5.80 / 27th April 6.15 / 1st May 6.45 / (today) 4th May 6.65 (Click "share charts" here on LSE to see for yourself) Remember that despite "certain people" predicting a fall back without news... we've actually had "NO NEWS" this week whatsoever and the SP has still climbed... funny that! So... what could PYC's SP do if they release another contracts RNS I wonder?!?! GLA :-)

I said yesterday that I expected a retrace. But if the mid closes above 6.5 today, then the continued rise is still intact - as it has been for the past month. Can't argue with facts! 5p is looking further away than ever IMHO based on the established recent SP pattern. I doubt we'll see 8p without a good RNS, but I still think - based on the current graph - that 8p is far more likely than 5p (however brief a spike) Click on "share chart" here on LSE and see for yourself. Quite obvious which way this share is headed IMHO :-)

I think next week it will "far more-likely" retest 8p. Good Luck :-)

Impressive day! Confirms the current rising pattern over the last month and hasn't gone so ballistic as to have encouraged too much trading into a spike either. Little retrace tomorrow perhaps, then a climb into the next week... unless another contract RNS drops... in which case all bets are off! GLA :-)

Agree jack_allis, Looking promising today! Off out on my bike to support "Tour De Yorkshire" in the sunshine... will look back in here at close of play. Fingers crossed for another steady climb today. GLA :-)

LOL, Dave. A good RNS and we should see some consolidation in SP and further sustained growth... I'm hopeful of further contacts being awarded imminently... hence my reason for staying long here. Still prepared to trade a percentage on any unsubstantiated spikes though. Have you bought back in yet... or are you still awaiting 5p?

The current "chart trend" could alter... (nobody knows for sure) but for the past month at least it has been climbing steadily... there can be no argument with that. If the SP mid closes above 6.45 today, then the forward growth pattern remains intact. Let's see what happens today GLA :-)

Many AIM Listed Companies.....take time to become profitable. The secret to successful AIM investing is to choose companies that have experienced management teams / experts in their field on-board and above all: "GENUINE" potential. PYC maybe growing its customer base and profitability at too slow a rate for some, but the ultimate potential is that a larger company might one day buy-out this small exciting prospect as a perfect fit for their own in-house team... even before it reaches maturity as an independent. New drug creation is extortionately expensive and any "proven method" to fine-tune and focus those large investments would be a Godsend to many larger industry players. I have friends working in the industry who have confirmed this. PYC is currently being put through its paces... winning grants... building long term relationships... Watch this space. But don't be surprised and caught out on the sidelines if and when an announcement arrives...

Dave - I appreciate you're an amateur, but really... All depends on value of contracts. Another larger contract should stabilise us well above 7p IMHO, but even a smaller contract should hold us closer to 7p as a baseline. It seems to have escaped your notice, but the last contract announcement already stabilised us in the mid 6's. That would be "The Market" reacting to continuing improvements and customer growth... not wanting to give you your 5p buy-in again. You need to grow up... then you can throw away your shorts & perhaps you can come and join all the Big Boys in their long pants ;-)

Sounds like Dave's been at it all night! I agree Necromancer... PYC has a great future ahead of it and report of further contracts and profitability will lift the SP together with the company profile. The market will respond in time and the current levels will be a thing of the past - together with Dave / Potnak / Oleeiner or whatever he prefers to call himself!

For Potnak / Daveavt... "Some of us" invest in companies not only for personal profit! GASP!!!!! What???? Perhaps (a stretch too far for someone with your level of empathy I appreciate) but the idea of helping to fund a company who is undertaking worthwhile work to enable very expensive cutting edge research work to become cheaper - therefore potentially enabling life saving medicine to become available to a wider audience - might be "some people's" idea of a worthwhile investment? Anyone who has been touched by cancer will better understand this concept. And whilst I would not invest my own hard-earned cash in any old cancer research company "purely" for altruistic reasons... I do feel that PYC offers both a safe investment prospect, as well as benefiting a good cause. But "please" continue to de-ramp and spout your negativity 24/7 in order to get your 5p bargain buy-in Dave if it makes you feel better...

that there is a strong support base established around 103 - below which only a concerted shorting raid (with MM approval) can break - and even then only for a very short period within a trading day. IQE is a strong profitable market-leading company with an exciting future ahead of it & Apple is only "one" of its established profitable customers. If Apple results are excellent / good or okay... I can see nothing but upside from this SP level, as most folk know that IQE is already a bargain and will continue to buy in - like I will - at anything below 110. If the "remaining" shorters risk holding out until Apple results are published this week... we will have the added pleasure of seeing them running away with their 8rses on fire IMHO!

My guess is that Dave has no social life and no friends... This BB is obviously his contact with the outside world... hence the reason he comes here 24 / 7. The rest of us dip in now and then... but he NEVER LEAVES! Even a running argument with people who clearly despise you is better than silent exile.

I suggest you ease down on the recreational drugs - you've lost the plot!
