Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I've always kept a large holding here and traded a small percentage along the journey... but as of today... I am holding everything firmly until the bitter end.
The Newcrest statement and GH interview were music to my ears.
At long last we have concrete verified evidence that GGP are seriously undervalued and only have one way to go (long term). From now on I'll kick back and enjoy the ride... regardless of whatever usual cr*p the market throws at us from now until our journey's end.

Ajbennett: "If there is an issue here then what are the tankers taking away each month?."
I've been asking myself the exact same question over on a famous Weald oiler share too... the problem is (as we all know) if there is an issue "The Market" will react negatively to it by robbing PI's blind regardless or B) The Market are already in the know and the big boys have already been alerted and selling down.
Honestly... I am just guessing. I have no idea what is likely to happen here, but I do know that I am sick and tired of clinging to the rigging of oil shares while the ship slowly sinks.
From now on, I will watch from dry land and invest when the rescue tug arrives NOT BEFORE!
GL A :-)
I have learnt from bitter past experience that when all goes quiet on oil shares - the news is rarely eventually good!
Not intended as a de-ramp... could all prove fine in the end... but I am out of here now until the BOD deem it pertinent to update PI's.
If the news is good... I can live with it... but if the news is bad... at least I won't be cursing making the same mistake as I've made too many times in the past already.
GL A :-)
Agree 100%.
It seems that for world weary LTH's - like myself - the time may genuinely be coming "at LONG last for GGP to be valued at a realistic level by the market!"
I think it's safe to say that Newcrest would not be committing so much money, time and energy if Havieron were not as good (or better) than the rumour mill suggests... and any update confirming this, then, light the blue touch-paper and stand well back... IMHO.
Whoever is selling will be keeping some back for the Newcrest update news I'm sure - just in case - this really is the SP catalyst "some of us" have been waiting so long for!

Just added :-)
Thank you ladies & gents for your merry banter these past years...
Today, I have sold my remaining holding in ANGS and feel a sense of relief to be able to put this whole sorry affair behind me. I will leave the ANGS BB for the optimists to continue to ramp and enthuse over and the "sensible" cynics IMHO to put any wild and unrealistic projections to bed.
I will keep Angs on my watch list, but will no longer post here as I am no longer a shareholder.
Best Regards,
YL ;-)
If in any doubt whatsoever, just take a look at these two dates and note the SP:
7th August 2019: 605
8th August 2019: 760
Q: What has changed since then?
A: If anything the company has disproved many of MW's claims and put into motion a series of changes which many larger shareholders requested (including a US listing). The last RNS claims that the US listing is going ahead - so I have no reason to suspect otherwise.
In the meantime, we are still profitable and paying a dividend, and now have a PE of nearly 5!!!! which leads me to believe that currently BUR is ridiculously undervalued & has t retrace at some stage back to a more realistic SP base.
GL :-)
Steptoes: "you can't believe a word Angus say".
YES - I agree 100%!
YL :-)
Still sitting tight. Nothing has changed as far as I can see.
BUR = Profitable -dividend paying - company attacked by MW and shorters. Some II's selling down or shorting themselves to regain their current losses and balance their folios.
When the turn comes - and it will - it should be short, swift and ever upward IMHO!

Littlepost,
Amer - don't remind me! One of my longest investments and smallest profits EVER. LOL :-)
BUR looking better today at least.
GL A :-)
One fact to consider:
BUR PE Ratio is now under 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! madness!
Little-
Away at mo. Enjoying hols.
BUR massively undervalued. Only reason here is because of MW and shorters. They will close out at a pre-destined target. When they do = they have to buy back. Re-rate.
Happens all the time. Just need patience.
GLA
They may have to put Tidswell on overtime. Couple of weeks worth of work there for him I expect!
YL :-)
No substance IMHO. Just the shorters continuing to apply pressure here. Going to have to pop at some stage. Still just a case of when?
Gkb47,
LOL! Who knows - by the time I return - Anguish shareholders could all be millionaires. Have fun
YL :-)
Will,
Currently away. Just looked in. Cannot see this being held down much longer. All steam ahead for next few weeks IMHO
GL ;-)
Away at the moment. Sat in the airport. Just looked in. Have we hit new SP low here? HL saying sell at 0.75?
Yala,
This share price makes no sense whatsoever at the moment... but IMHO that's usually when The Market eventually corrects itself and - for no apparent reason (also) - the SP rises from the ashes again.
Great for traders... frustrating for LTH's, but I am convinced that - given time - like yourself - we will reap rewards here.

Just added another few thousand at £6.79...
More than I wanted to commit here, but this is just getting plain silly, and too hard for me to resist!
GL A ;-)
Worth a read... could explain the market attitude currently towards oil in general:
