Its been going on for a long time now, this "certain new and existing shareholders" and I agree Alanos, It stinks! I have a number of theories as to who these new and existing shareholders are, but I can't stand over any of them.

As for the discounted placing, the timing of such a discount made me wonder if it may have been generous terms for some landowners or even for staff. My head says the later. just a theory!

You only have to look at Salla and Liperi to see how little the market gets told about those.

Nothing in 10 years, whilst those licenses have been maintained and narrow down.

Yes the discounted placing really let me down as a shareholder. I expected better from them to be honest. But if Kuhmo 1 and 2 is what I think it is, then I will get over it.

As for TW, the lowest of the low. He only champions his own cause, not the plight of any shareholders. Avoid.

Another observation I made is that a good bit of the Kuhmo 2 land appears to be under govt/forestry ownership. Again that is favourable too.

Kuhmo 2 and Kuhmo 1 is all so located within a "permissive area for mineral deposits" which is a good thing.

Concession name: Kuhmo 2 VA2023:0073 approved 6th Sept. 2023.

I noted that the circular area omitted from the Kuhmo 1 (as a building/property) has been included now along with the extra ground approved with Kuhmo 2. Logic to me suggests that if they ommited it from the middle of the Kuhmo1 (Concession name: Kuhmo 1 ML2017:0011) before, then why include it now, unless they have acquired since. Perhaps for core shed, or access reasons, I don't know. Just IMO, DYOR

It also looks like some land/property has been acquired too. This looks like they could be sitting on top of the jackpot.

The 38 kimberlite targets is now made up of an area they have called Kuhmo 2. Combined Kuhmo 1 + Kuhmo 2 the has an approx area of 716 Hectares. It is approx 2.28 miles long and approx 1.63 miles wide. This is a massive discovery.

Rio Tinto have gone a little quiet in Finland. The prof said it could all change very quickly. Let’s hope he is true to his words and it all does. Seitapera, Riihivaara, anomaly 5, and one or two more will be enough to bring Rio Tinto in. If one of the discoveries is large in Kuhmo then all the better, but I expect that KDR now have enough for Rio Tinto to come in, and run a Diamond province with a central processing plant serving all. Fancy pinks, greens, browns, yellows and large stones negating the need for massive kimberlites. High grade, large stones. Look at Ekati in Canada. We are looking at Finland as the next Ekati and including another Lomonosov within the Kuhmo targets. The more I think about it the more I think Rio Tinto will take this over. Question is when? Will we hear no mention of Rio involvement until this happens. A 7am rns, a suspension for an egm? Who knows, but it all has to happen, and probably soon, because you can’t keep a lid on this much longer. All imo, dyor, do not buy shares based on my bulletin board waffle etc.

Very good point hoops, they are not filling up on cgnr, in fact CGNR are actually filling up on KDR. All avenues are being used by the board to increase their holdings substantially , either directly or indirectly in KDR. Make of that what you will, but it doesn’t take a genius to notice the current pattern. They know what’s ahead for KDR, and they wanted as many shares as they could in advance. Hard to blame them. Unfortunately us shareholders don’t have that insight, but we are smart enough to be able to see what’s going on and follow the money!

Judging by how very poor the KDR Website is, they must be anticipating replacing it with a new website for a new company. The website still has "Benny Hill" broker note from 2020 on its front page. I think they expected everything that is on the cards at the end of 2023 to happen at the end of 2020, but stuff got in the way and held us up for essentially 3 years. Thats my take on it anyway. Perhaps 2 new companies and 2 new websites are on the cards / and/or/ takeover. All pointing to a big KDR lift with CGNR building a holding + the prof and daughter buying £100,000 worth of KDR shares last week (although that was not to my taste). The company will know they will be publicly facing some hard questions at the AGM, so one would imagine they would rather a more celebratory atmosphere.

It was very poor form of the company to stick the knife into shareholders yesterday. Its obvious that it has been in their interest to keep the share price down. They have been very good to themselves too at 2.5p.

4m shares at 2.5p (£100,000) + 4m warrants. I wonder who took the other £150,000 worth? Draw you own conclusions there, I have drawn mine!

They knew full well that the share price would fall towards the 2.5p, and sting shareholders, but they did very well out of it, and surprisingly showed a lack of care or consideration towards shareholders who had invested their hard earned cash. Could they have done a placing at 3.75p? I have no doubt they easily could, but the cynic in me doesn't see one of the directors get to the coincidental percentage of 2.99% for £50,000 then!

Anyway, its done, and this, along with the directors "asking the CGNR directors (themselves)" about CGNR taking a percentage in KDR (that interview was hilarious), whilst blatant, does indicate that they know a major re-rate in the share price is on the cards. News flow is obviously going to be significant. It will need to be prior to any AGM i suspect, as the last thing they will want is a full room this year with angry faces looking at them. Every chance they will rescue themselves prior to any AGM in my view and come out smelling of roses. IMO DYOR etc.

I notice Seamus Fitzpatrick’s Capvest bought KCS for $1billion. I would like to think that someone with Seamus Fitzpatrick’s reputation and financial ability could help in any deals that KDR make. He is a director, so I would like to think that he might play some important part in helping KDR deliver for the shareholders. Maybe he is just tokenistic on the board, who knows? But he does appear a very talented businessman.

Can't rule out copper or cobat at Salla either.

And now to Salla! Its likely too close to the Russian border to be shouting from the rooftop. Its less noticeable if KDR have it rather than Rio. In addition Salla is within an area identified by the GTK of Finland to be highly likely to contain deposits. Most of the identified area continues on the Russian side of the border. However KDR wave narrowed down an area on the Finnish side. I don't know if it is a Kimberlite with diamonds or a Rare Earths Deposit or both. Time will tell here, but Roy Spensor found a large diamond in the soil on the russian side and he was convinced back then that its trail led across the border to the Finnish side.

Just a thought with regard to Liperi, perhaps the company don't report on it as they may not want drawing attention to it, given the fact that in March 2019, 5 individuals appealed (and lost)to the administrative court of eastern Finland about the reservation notice awarded to KDR by Tukes in Feb 2019. Perhaps this is why KDR thought it best to carry out exploration quietly in the area between Liperintie, Salokyla, Kuoringa and Honkalamme. We know Rio Data given to KDR included a yellow diamond from historic sample. I doubt that diamond was alone! I imagine Rio Tinto said "There you go KDR - secure the land for us, find the source, you are a tiny minnow of a junior exploration company, nobody will notice or believe you". Bet they would notice if Rio Tinto had the land.

Catbert is right. Finland is on for sure. We are still awaiting results from Kuhmo, and company expectations are high, going by the profs comments in interviews. One green diamond in the soil sample. We know they have found the source, so whats the chances we will have diamond counts from these samples that are with ODM. Fancy diamonds too. A replacement for Argyle is what I think we may have. Good chance we have pinks at Kuhmo too. I suspect its on like donkey kong!

Would be nice to see a world class discovery at Kuhmo announced before the AGM. Would also be nice to have an offer on the table from a Major or two, for shareholders to vote on by then. As soon as KDR can confirm Kuhmo as the big one and I think the odds are good for that, there has got to be big offers from the majors. Thats how I see it. Looks like Monecor are out now as the selling has stopped. Could we have an after hours TR1 rns?

Management are not getting any younger, its a simple fact. I (as a shareholder) am not getting any younger either.

I've got a feeling there may be more at the AGM this year than any other year. There are a number of legitimate questions to be asked.

e.g. Why is the website completely out of date? Why have KDR not ever provided any update on Salla? on Liperi? in 10 years? Who is carrying out our work programmes for us? So 8 of the kuhmo targets encountered granite bedrock, does that mean the other 15 tested encountered Kimberlite? If so why not say this in the RNS? The Kuhmo RNS was very low on detail and vague for shareholders. Some shareholders actually understand a bit of detail, I think management would be surprised. We are not all token shareholders who attend the agm's for the cookies and jam scones.

What is the hold up with the Mining Permit? Its beyond a joke how something so small can be holding things up. The Land Survey of Finland are so slow to give the lahtojoki mining district legal force. Are they still waiting on the court? Tukes must be wondering what the hell is keeping them so long.

We were told that the company has full land possession and can move ahead at Lahtojoki, but its likely any potential JV partner lying in the wings will want the legal force granted/permit issued before they draw attention to themselves.

I hope the company are chasing the Land Survey on this, or does the delay suit management with regard to the timing of the bigger picture?
