The sad thing here is that nobody is getting any younger, and if management were in their prime, I think they would be driving this with way more urgency. They have not even drilled the source of the green diamond yet. They must be waiting for someone else to do or pay for that. Need to drill it to 1. Confirm it’s kimberlite , 2. Confirm it’s diamondiferous, 3. Get a diamond count, to confirm economic….. they are confident they have discovered a world class deposit, however this cannot be confirmed until drilling results…KIMs indicate KDR has a Finnish grib or Lomonosov, as modern techniques are fairly accurate and reliable when it comes to predicting diamond grade . But the proof is in the drilling. Some other party is going to take a stake in KDR and pay to drill and bulk sample. One would expect that plans are already in place and ready to be revealed as soon as the Lahtojoki Permit issues. They have had years to prepare for that moment. Any day now!

We will probably see confirmation of Kuhmo 2 reservation and Jappila reservation from Tukes soon.

Norther Ireland and Jappila will require an early JV. Perhaps this will be Demir or Ivanhoe, and Rio take Kuhmo. Demir are already on the ground working with cgnr a few miles away

I am going to throw Ivanhoe Mining into the mix with KDR ( Northern Ireland and Jappila Finland). I wonder would they be interested. Has Robert Friedland (Voisey Bay, sold for more than $4 billion) been investing in KDR or consulting with or helping this new wing of the company. I suspect he has, but until KDR actually bring some significant news out, we can only guess.

The Lahtojoki permit is supposed to be imminent, based on reports from the AGM. I hope the company are chasing this. KDR need this legal force this month, it’s taking too long.

Clearly the company is playing for time with that RNS, given an almost identical rns was released on 18th of. January 2018. Is all being delayed by the delay in Lahtojoki permit? Company has some explaining to do! Still need some big news prior to AGM if they want to appease shareholders. Daft if they thought that rns would pacify shareholders.

Thats the last that was heard of Roy. I wonder where he went?!!

Roy Spencer (P.Geo.) joined De Beers in 1966 and has been involved with exploration and deposit evaluation for

gemstones and other commodities throughout his career. As technical director of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., he

discovered the first kimberlites on the Pilbara Craton in Western Australia in 1989, and as Leader o the Owners Team

for Archangel Diamond Corp. he was largely responsible for the discovery of the world-class Grib Kimberlite in

northern Russia (February 1996). In 1998, Roy created and raised the seed finance for Ilmari Exploration Oy to explore for

gold, base metals and diamonds on the Karelian Craton in Finland. Ilmari went public in 2000 and discovered the Lentiira

kimberlite cluster in central Finland in 2003. In 2006, as CEO of London-based diamond explorer European Diamonds,

Roy led the Owners Team which brought the Liqhobong Kimberlite (Lesotho) into commercial production on time

and under budget. In mid-2007, Roy left European Diamonds, a company which had evolved into a successful mid-tier diamond producer and marketer after having raised £23 million over a 6-year period. Since that time, Roy has

continued in gemstone exploration and deposit evaluation in Africa, Finland and western Russia for a variety of junior

and senior mining companies.

Remember Roy Spenser discovered a multi-billion-dollar mine in Russia, the Grib Pipe. He explorey all along the russian border with finland, discovered big stones and concluded that the trail was all leading back to the Finnish side of the border. Watch this space I would say.

Join the dots people. Patrick Power of Arctic star said in 2022 that there was 150 diamond exploration companies but now there are only about 3 serious exploration companies left......Arctic Star, North Arrow, and one other out of the UK. Why would you forget the name of the other, more advanced diamond exploration company in Finland...KDR..odd. More going on than meets the eye here. Throw in Burgundy Diamonds and Arctic Star and Rio Tinto are the obvious major in the background.

If I was a betting man I would put any money on both ex-Arctic Star geologists now working on Kuhmo and Lahtojoki

with KDR. We know Terhi is now listed on KDR senior management. Terhi Tulenheimo is an experienced geologist who represented Arctic Star‘s Finnish subsidiary Foriet Oy. She had been working with Roy Spenser for 20 years, and from Kuhmo, apparently was seen as an invaluable asset overseeing all Arctic Stars activities locally. Remember, Roy Spenser (Arctic Stars Finland Manager) left Arctic Star as a tiny footnote at the end of an RNS about Canada. (Clearly so as nobody would notice). Take a look at Arctic Stars website. They have not communicated with shareholders in 1 year and 10 days!

As AGM approaches, big news before is what is needed. I am sure that would make for a smoother AGM. Daft if the company could pave the way for a smoother AGM and don’t!

Why is there no mention of JAPPILA 1 on the website? Why is there no mention that we are looking for gold, copper, nickel, etc at this concession. At the very least it is under application so merits a mention

The website updates are very little. Its time this company shaped up. Shareholders will require answers at the AGM

Thats a large amount of warrants that have just expired. Am I correct in thinking that the only warrants left belong to directors now? It looks like a large amount of dilution avoided. Now would be the time for significant news if it is to come.

I think if you know who she works for then that might confirm a thing or two about Kuhmo. I know she did work for Arctic Star in 2019 with Roy Spenser. I don't know who she is with now. Maybe someone else here might know.

I notice on page 4 of the annual report Seamus Fitzpatrick is the deputy chairman. It looks like that has been the case since 2016. That must have quietly happened back then. Either way, that is very positive as he is a top man.

Anyone notice "company geologist" Terhi Tulenheimo standing beside the excavator operator in Kuhmo on page 2. What company is she a geologist for? Arctic Star? Is Roy Spencer involved too? Is that why Arctic Star have been totally quiet since December 2022? Are Rio Tinto already at the party in Kuhmo?
