Looking at the large amount of buys on Friday, I think we will be in for a good few days. Still potential for more positive news in the pipeline in the lead up to EGM.

Like him or loath him, the man knows how to play the market and make money. He and other shareholders have done very well in WSBN recently, so follow the money I say.

Looks like the conversion shares are holding this back currently. Doesn’t take much to get this moving though. Any positive news and we’ll likely see this rise in the hundreds of percent.

Hoping for a strong week ahead, with a move towards 0.2p. Chart alone is saying over 0.2p, so imagine if one of the below news is released.

Potential catalysts…..

- Debt restructured

- Didier Casimiro joining the board

- Positive news on the new on new strategic direction

- Positive news from current projects

- Further French private funding

There will likely be another conversion this week, but hopefully at a lot higher price, meaning less shares issued.

Still currently less than £1m Mcap. All lenders and significant shareholders will want to see this trading closer to £10m Mcap to stand any chance of making a return.

I have been banging this drum since December. The man’s a born winner with friends and connections in high places. Once his involvement with EQT is officially announced, this will go vertical. He’s held a top management position at BP and was recently VP of Rosneft. He’s probably looking for a change in direction away from oil, that’s why the focus is on mining resources.

Interesting RNS this morning. Shows intent for new direction, while waiting on legacy projects to come to full fruition. Looks like we will be seeing more news over the next few sessions. Im personally hoping to see debt restructured and Didier Casimiro join the board. Either one will take this past 0.2p. Both in the same RNS will send this closer to 0.5p. Debt restructuring has seen big increases in a few small caps recently. Also, Google Didier Casimiro and look at his career. The man is a born winner. Imagine having him involved with a sub £1m Mcap AIM company.

Back to today’s trading. There were quite a few largish sells this morning, which caused the 20%+ drop. There’s been some decent buying throughout the day and some buys reported as sells. Hopefully this is now the new bottom and a good base for the next run.

Pretty solid start to the week.

Looking forward to the week ahead with other potential positive news. Share price still over 50% up from start of last week and it’s still only £800k Mcap.

I personally think that Didier Casimiro will now join EQT at either board level or chairman, now that David Palumbo has stepped down.

Yes of course I see the RNS. And it clearly says

“at 0.0408p per share into 122,549,020 new ordinary shares in the Company”

Looks like a buy at a premium to me. So hopefully we’ll see another rise tomorrow and smash through today’s high.

It was pretty obvious that a facility conversion was coming. I’m surprised it wasn’t for more to be honest, so we might see a couple more over the next week or so. I make it £160k more to convert. If volume continues until Friday, then I think most of it will have been converted. That’s if they have been forward sold of course. Conversion will also be at a higher price, so not as many shares issued.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Great news this morning. Looks like the company is moving in the right direction.

I’m fine here thanks. There will be plenty of traders back here once any positive news is released, including Laura no doubt. Even without news, market mechanics will likely pump this back up towards the 0.2p area in the near future.

I reached out to James Parsons yesterday and he got back to me this morning. I’m going to set up a call with him this week. I’m not expecting too much from him, but would be nice to hear what direction they are heading in. Considering it’s only a £500k Mcap, there’s plenty of catalysts that would get this moving north.

- Refinancing of debt

- Debt extension with Rebel Ion

- Didier Casimiro joining the board

- News from new UEA partnerships

- Positive news from current projects

- Further French private funding

- Company heading in different direction

I honestly think that Rebel Ion, Didier Casimiro, David Palumbo and the UAE venture might be a new direction/angle being explored.

Some good buying today. I’m pretty sure the £6k at the end was also a buy. It was 0.04p to sell around that quantity most of the day. It won’t take much buying pressure to get this back over 0.1p.

Not really disappointing. First trades will be circa 4.50p so it will open +30%. MBO will be top of the leader board within seconds of the opening bell and should catch peoples attention.

0.3p to buy 15800000 shares

Could there a some biggish orders going on in the background??

I can’t argue with any of your points and you have obviously been here a long time and know the full history.

This is probably the last chance for the company to turn things around (it may already be too late), so hopefully they make a good go of it. Im sorry for those that are over 90% down on their investment, it’s unlikely you will ever see any return close to break even due to continuous dilution. Hopefully you’ve made it back elsewhere.

I’m not going to post baseless rampy messages to try get the share price up. I’m hoping we’ll see some positive RNS’s over the next few weeks regarding debt and new management plan. Like I said, £600k Mcap is awfully low (some will say overpriced still) so I see a good short/mid term trade here.

Jim, there is enough information out there for me to justify the risk v reward.

- Reshuffling of management and board room

- Debt being restructured

- The chance of Didier Casimiro joining the board

- James Parsons LinkedIn profile saying “Now leading EQTEC’s transformation.”

- So many interesting projects on the go throughout the world.

- David Palumbo moving to UAE to lead strategic capital formation and partnerships. Didier Casimiro is also based in UAE, so a possible connection with big financial backers.

- A French blue chip utility company showing interest in GRDF project and also the second round of funding due for.

All the above for £600k. I personally think it’s a no brainer at this price.

Just topped up with another 2300000 shares. Getting close to 3% now.

Should see this start to turn around over next few sessions and weeks.
