248450 shares for me. Also voted NO on both resolutions
No reply. It was over 2 weeks ago so I doubt I'll get one now. I haven't had a chance to try contact anyone else yet. There was traded last week on ISDX. Some AIM companies can go days/weeks without any trades. I'm just happy there's been no sell off
It's nice to have someone to talk to on here. Still 2 weeks to go. I'll admit they are cutting it very fine but I'm still confidant. There's been no sell off over on ISDX so goes to show that other pi's are also confident
If I have enough time tonight after my Cheltenham studying/revision, I want to find email or contact numbers of the board members and make some sort of contact with the company. We had a stream of RNS's end of Jan beginning of Feb. Would be nice to make some sort of contact directly with the company. I'm still very confident that this company will again be trading on AIM at higher levels than today's price. I will keep u all posted. DYO
Remember what FITB done. Went from .38p to 26.38p in a little under a month with announcement of stocking there product in Saisbury and Target. A possible tie up for GWIN with a European or American company to stock our products, could lead to the same scenario. Something to ponder. DYO IMHO
Yes that's a very bold and confident statement from the company. Like I said earlier about Dr Tam: Dr. Tam served in a variety of Johnson and Johnson Finance Director roles over 20 years and as Vice President of Strategy & Investment in a Beijing medical device manufacturer. Her competencies are broad including all aspects of financial management, business planning, ERP, quality management systems, performance planning and supply chain optimisation. All them competencies mentioned are just what the company need to turn it around. Surely she's going to be a big help when it comes to negotiating contracts and payments. I believe we're in very safe hands. AIMHO
Yeah it couldn't have been nice being locked in since September not knowing whether funding would get sorted. Today must have erased all those sleepless nights from September. Well deserved I say. As for GWIN, any other snippet of news announced with nomad could really get us noticed. I do think Dr Irelan Tam's appointment is going to turn out to be a stroke of genius from the board. Exciting times ahead. AIMHO
Wow. Looking at BZM is getting me quite excited. We just have the small matter of announcing new nomad. Everything else is in place for our revival
Make that 160% on BZM
Just took a look over at BZM. Risen over 100% today on Finance Update & Restoration Of Trading. GWIN's turn next.
I agree that suspension will be lifted IMHO. I'm sure there'll be a couple of replacements in the pipeline considering they get paid pretty handsomely for not doing a lot. Words from the board back in September: As the Group continues to restructure, there may be volatility in business results in the short term. But the Board is confident about the future prospects of the Group's business and believes shareholder patience will be rewarded. That was 6 months ago. Look how much restructuring has taken place since then. This could really be a very special turn around play. LED market growing year on year with expected global growth to reach £48 billion by 2020. Also talk of acquisitions by the board. Let's get back to trading on AIM and see what the BOD have install for us. LET THE TURN AROUND COMMENCE!!!
I asked the reason for Cairn resigning as our nomad? There was nothing sinister going on that we should know about, just cairn had "bigger fish to fry". No bad feeling between either company. Definitely puts my mind at ease. I was also told that the company are in the process of finding a replacement. Announcement in due course. Which we already knew. Was also told the reason for the ISDX listing was to keep liquidity in the company for shareholders until replacement nomad is found. Nothing we didn't already really know, but it's nice to actually make contact with someone connected to the company. Let's hope it's not too much of a long wait for announcement
I had a chat with Alexander David Securities Limited earlier, our broker. Will post info later
ISDX must've done there due diligence on GWIN for them to be aloud to trade. Here's a couple of key points from the application for admission document: 1) In parallel with the application for admission to ISDX Growth Market, the Company is in discussions with alternative AIM nominated advisors with a view to making an appointment in due course.........That statement sounds a lot more bullish than the one we recieved via rns on Friday. 2) Reasons for Admission to ISDX The company is seeking admission to the ISDX Growth Market in order to: (i) Maintain liquidity in its shares; (ii) Enable the Company to issue shares to finance acquisitions; and (iii) Enhance further the Groups ability to exploit growth opportunities, particularly in China........More bullish statements from the board 3) 59% of issued shares are not in public hands. Has there been a sell off over the last few weeks?! No there hasn't. New Nomad news will come in my oppinion. The biggest statement of all for me is the appointment of Dr Irelan Tam as new CFO. I'm thinking some sort of tie up with johnson & johnson Asia. The wait continues, but I can see blue skies ahead. DYO. AIMHO
Not sure if anyone's read this on GWIN's page on ISDX. There's a couple of interesting points on there. http://www.isdx.com/infostore/Company-Accounts/GowinNewEnergyGroupLimited/ISDX%20Announcement%20Admission%20Application%20Clean%20250215.pdf
Not enough shares have been sold in the last month let alone since the placing to justify a sell off. There's not been one. Which I'm quite surprised about myself. Nomad is enroute. Happy weekend
Tried with my broker and it would let me. Not that I did though. Looks like they listed on ISDX to keep ticking over until they make nomad announcement
On the plus side, there's been one small buy of 22k on ISDX. That's shares not pounds. Now the wait begins
I'm still confident there'll find a replacement nomad within the 28 days. im happy to just sit back and wait for the news. Considering you can still trade on ISDX there's not been any sort of panic sell off. Anyone concerned just go back and read the last few bullish statements from the company. It puts my mind at ease anyway.
To be eligible for admission to ISDX Growth Market, an issuer must: Be a public limited company or have equivalent status or comparable obligations if incorporated in jurisdictions outside the UK. Why would they bother listing on ISDX for one day
