- David Brown recently joining the board.

- David’s impressive track record in the financial sector.

- David’s recent posts on LinkedIn hinting at pensions as well as lots of AI talk.

- Recent placing for £1m was for certain investors with strong demand.

- Additional capital was raised to help fund the acquisition of a disruptive AI driven fintech business.

- Fully funded for the foreseeable.

- The company are currently in the process of submitting a prospectus.

- Fundraise is conditional with the release of prospectus.

We are all backing David here, not the company’s track record and fundamentals. He’s a proven winner, hugely successful and very well connected. I feel he is going to pull a huge rabbit out of the hat in the near future. Ignore the daily fluctuations and just hold for the real gains. You’ve all seen what’s happened with other AI stocks. FPP’s time will also come.

If placing is not approved, then we will have the mother of all short squeezes!!

I can’t believe the negativity from a few of you here. It’s totally ridiculous. Most of you have likely been holding for a few weeks and obviously expected a 10 bagger by now.

They have told us their plan, which obviously doesn’t happen overnight. The fundraise was clearly for funds to complete RTO and prospectus. I’d imagine there would’ve been a few in the know that were very happy to take the placing and will hold for RTO. Considering the amount of shares added, it’s not surprising there’s been some selling. It’s actually held up pretty well considering and looks to be consolidating nicely.

David Brown is clearly no pump and dumper and I doubt he’s here for a quick buck. I have full confidence and trust that there is a clear plan, which will hopefully be revealed shortly.

Looking forward to an exciting week ahead for FPP. Even with the recent dilution, there was still plenty of appetite. We now know where all the sales have been coming from the last few weeks. You’d imagine there were quite a few in on the placing that are fully aware of what’s in the pipeline. Add in the fact that there were barely any warrants issued. Looks to me that a few people have been let in on the cheap. Fingers crossed we see some TR1’s this week.

Considering the last RNS was a £1m raise, there were more positives than negatives in the wording.

We may trade between here and 1.6p until news, but when news drops, sky is the limit.

Key bit for me is that they cannot admit shares until they have published an approved prospectus. This is the biggest clue that a prospectus must be very close. Otherwise we will have the mother of all short squeezes with all these forward sold shares.

FPP said that David is a recognised leader in fintech, digital payments, and AI-driven financial innovation. I would go even further and say that he is a rockstar in the space, and that the shares should see the kind of ongoing rise that Capai (CPAI) managed when its tech rockstar Professor Ronjon Nag joined the company earlier this month. FPP said Brown “brings deep industry expertise and a strong network to FPP’s acquisition strategy.”

- Ridiculously low amount of shares in issue

- Low Mcap of £1m

- Appointment of David Brown to its newly formed Investment Advisory Board

- David’s hugely impressive track record in Fintech and AI along with his connections in these sectors

- AI being the current buzz sector

- Other AI companies rising 100’s of percent showing what’s possible

- FPP’s previous attempts at RTO’s shows they are serious

- 3x sellers RNS’s last week meaning we can move north more freely

Feels like FPP are about to go on a serious run.

I think we’re gonna see a move close to 3p today. I’ve been doing dummy buys all morning and there is very little stock available.

Let’s hope this buying leads to a positive outcome regarding the sale.
