Percentage of securities not in public hands: As at 10 September 2024 the percentage of AIM securities not in the public hands was 31.12%.

Today’s rise is not surprising really. Considering it started at £1m Mcap and it traded double the free float.

Tomorrow is gonna be very interesting indeed.

And then there was also the withdrawal of the capital reorganisation from the recent AGM and the institutional investor recently buying nearly 10% of the company.

We know the Atlas funding is holding us back right now, but if they have had to stop selling due to the agreed abiding by orderly market provisions or we source alternative funding, then this will shift north very very quickly.

Well well well. Our stake in CRML could be worth closer $20m come end of Feb. At one point it was around 30% up on news that Greenland President wants to talk to Trump. Also, big banks and institutions have benn buying in over the last few months. 52 week high is nearly $18.

Add this to all other positive news recently. Won’t be long before this is heading back towards 1p.

After doing some dummy trades, it looks like it won’t take much to get this moving. I think we’ll see some volume shortly. And I’m even gonna stick my neck on the line and say we’ll hit above 0.2p today.

Not ideal but we knew these were outstanding, so hardly a surprise. They have likely already been forward sold.

Let’s hope alternative funding is around the corner.

Much better day for TM1.

Some more positive news which was unexpected and looks like the big sells have dried up.

Wouldn’t be surprised to more positive news drop this week and start heading back to a reasonable Mcap. Because this is worth way north of £2.5m. TM1 are currently valued below the price when they were suspended. Since then there has been multiple positive news including the sale of LRH and and agreements with Glencore and Halfords.

Well this is a nice surprise.

We both want a positive outcome here, which is the most important thing.

I’m not arguing the fact that black mass is a huge opportunity for TM1, I was just stating that there are many more potential news items which could see this head back towards 1p.

I agree with your TW statement, and I hope he and his gang get taken to the cleaners here. But I don’t fully agree with your black mass comment.

There are many catalysts that can put a rocket up the ass TM1.

- Alternative funding

- Atlas gone

- Institutional investor buying more and revealing themselves

- More contracts or black mass off take agreements

- Positive news on one of TM1’s many other exploration projects

This won’t take much to get it back nearer 1p.

Below is from Recyclus website. They could be turning a profit in the next 4 months. Doesn’t sound like an insolvent company to me.

“The plant is now increasing throughput, and management projects the business will reach breakeven by Q2 2025. Post-breakeven, revenue growth is expected to accelerate through gate fees for the collection of end-of-life Li-ion batteries (ranging from handheld devices to electric vehicles) and from the sale of recycled materials, including nickel, cobalt, lithium, aluminium, and copper”

TM1 own nearly 50% of Recyclus, who will break even in Q2 2025. Thereafter they will be turning a healthy profit.

And don’t forget the nearly $10m due at end of February.

Talk of this company being insolvent is totally ridiculous and just feeds certain agendas.

The BOD own over 30% of shares so what interest is it for them to fold the company??

It’s so easy to put a negative spin on this news.

To me it looks like they have found alternative funding. Watch this space!

It’s very clear that this will hit 1p again in the next month or two. Maybe even sooner.

None of the recent news is priced in and neither is the $10m that is due in February.

Recyclus will hit break even by Q2 2025 and will then be hitting a healthy profit there after. So none of Recyclus potential and future earnings are priced in either.

We have already been told that the Glencore deal opens up other potential deals and investments, so we could be looking at more news very soon.

An institutional investor bought in last week and there have been more nice chunky buys recently. Could well get a TR1 RNS dropping soon.

Obviously the elephant in the room is the CLN’s. If company can sort this then we will see this move towards 1p very quickly.

People were happy to pay 0.5p intra day last week. It really won’t take much to get back there.

Whilst Stocky has missed out on a 3 bagger in 2 weeks……….

Must be very hard to take, hence the jealousy.
