Morning BV, we really need to see the PP & EA approvals landing soon. Hopefully this month, they are a huge weight on the SP.

Dontgiveup, there has been a distinct change between 2020 and 2021. I said this before but it still bothers me.

2020 Final results Investor Meet - very upbeat. Very confident that they have enough cash in hand to reach EVE plc sustainable profitability this year.

2021 last TU - downbeat, cash in hand diminishing fast and now can only say that they have enough cash for this year. No profitability in sight - breakeven for UK&I (only) this year and France is a few years behind.

Something changed and the response to this question in last TU was brushed aside. Next TU i intend on submitting a few (tough) questions before hand this time so I have time to type them in. Put additional questions in depending on their response.

Has the consultation period been extended or is it Council failure to update the status?

Why place? Money is rolling in!

The problem is that the Council appears to be shutdown, website not updated - PP status is still shown as “Out for Consultation” when consultation ended more than 3 weeks ago. They really do need a kick up the backside!

IMO, bar a buy bid, it will take announcement of PP/EA approvals before we see 1p+ again.

Consultation ended 28 January. Surprised the Council has not update the website, still shows out for consultation - ridiculous.

Oktane, we need the EA & PP approvals now. When they arrive the SP will move in my opinion.

These approvals are holding the SP back. Once they are out of the way and the uncertainty is removed more buyers should come in and we should then see a sustained rise.

Anybody can post here as long as they don’t break rules, I don’t think LSE has any preconditions on who can post.

What is missing is action, where is all the excitement gone? We are now past the middle of February and soon will be March but we are still at 0.80p. Why? Is not because of anything that anybody posts here.

RedbullRJ, the tanks look finished. Radiographic test would have been done before hydrotest as well as all other tests. These are now likely to be heading for transport to site after testing, if successful and very likely will be.

I believe these will now be on site by next week or even earlier.

Stabilised condensate tanks in hydrotest. Looks like these will arrive on site by next week.

HITS, I am trying to ignore the blatantly obvious ramper-flippers who are having the 1p as target exit.

As I was saying earlier is really inexcusable not to have a firm 1st gas date set at this late stage.

Only a complete moron with no brain cells will have skin in the game for more than a year and not worry about whether or not Angus will achieve 1st gas before the hedge and loan repayments kick in. History!

James, it is shameful indeed, there really is no excuse for not having a firm 1st gas date at this stage, but here we re trying to make sense of it.

The only delivery issues with equipment listed are the 3 packages (dehydration, J-T, and Condensate stabilisation) which are shown as circa 70% complete. Looks like the confirmed order for these did not get to them on time - fancy that!

In any case though, these Vendors are not restricted by Council working hours and they can work overtime, including shifts - down to Angus to incentivise them.

Another package that concerns me and not talked much about is the Control & Safety system(s). I hope they have gone to a reputable Vendor.

Howey, I don’t see how Angus is going to answer the question on PP & EA approvals in any positive manner. I asked this question and was posted up on IQs twice since last October, yet here we are.

These approvals are not in Angus hands but Angus should be in constant contact with these authorities and chasing them up.
