The answer to the first question confirms that Piling has been completed:

“The piles are an integral part of the foundations for three pieces of equipment and are part of the existing approvals for the site. There is no further requirement for approvals for this work.”

The three pieces of equipment are :Compressor, water tank & flare and these as we know from the tweets havre been completed.

BV, I think piling is done. Concrete poor and pipe structural supports next.

Morning Howey, I hope the Council doesn’t’ t make a meal out of this. The small changes are a result of HSE improvements and there is nothing to debate.

PP approval? Consultation closed last week so nothing to delay it further now.

There is a lot of oil & gas onshore & offshore UK to make us independent. All is needed is to grow up and do what is necessary to get it out, just like lots of other countries do.

It is folly to rely on imported oil & gas no matter which way you look at it - environmental, economic, or energy security.

Common EA & PP approval …

1 mil buy at 2.19p and 10mil+ volume today.

Looks like the 2.0p resistance has been concurred. The rerate continues.

Tomorrow is closing day for PP consultations.

Fingers crossed approvals next week, then is full throttle ahead.

Pipe works fabrication begun. As I was saying yesterday this will be done at site, contractor has set up a fabrication yard.

Mirasol, I know, one has to be realistic, you cannot take RNS’s as gospel - I learned the hard way lol.

Now, I just hope we get the EA & PP approvals on time.

This slippage is not a big deal. We knew that delivery in Q1 was not possible for some time now, I have been saying April/May for a few weeks now.

Yes, there is some loss of potential revenue before the hedge, but as long as we get 1st gas by April/May is not bad and there should not be a need for another placing - Angus will receive substantial cash before the hedge kicks in, and after the hedge kicks in the loan payments will be made and still have cash left.

This two month delay is not that bad. The question is - will there be further delays?

As far as equipment manufacture and delivery is concerned I do not believe that there will be further delay. The package manufacturers are free to work 24-7 if they need to and personally I am confident that they will deliver.

The other concern is EA & PP approvals - will they come in time? I don’t know but Angus seems to believe so.

In my opinion, there is a high chance (>99.9%) that first gas will be achieved by April/May.

All good now and we should see a gradual improvement in SP.

Not what we expected but overall is a good RNS.

It kind of explains why the site activity is not ramped up, there is plenty of time now. First gas in Q! - forget it, but I have recently being saying April/May.

The three packages (dehydration, J-T, and condensate stabilisation) are normally the longest lead time and as long they arrive at site in March we will still be on for 1st gas in April/May as these packages will be more or less commissioned and tested at the manufacturer’s. Mainly integration with the other systems will be required when they arrive at site.

First gas in April/May, not bad.

Now let’s see PP/EA approvals.
