Tigra, I am hoping we get the PP & EA approvals within the next 2 or 3 weeks and get them out of the way as this is really a substantial obstacle to Angus really ramping up Civil and installation works.

Installation-wise the biggest items (time-wise) are cabling and piping. The rest of the items once the foundations are in place it takes little time to install.

For commissioning and sign off I am estimating 6 to 8 weeks and that is why I think that as long as all equipment arrives at site by 1st week of April we will be ok for 1st Gas in June. Ofcourse if equipment arrives earlier and the approvals are in place a finish in May is also doable.

May or June I don’t mind as long as we don’t get delayed past June. A pity we are not producing gas right now though.

Tigra, 1st gas by June is doable on two provisions:

1. All equipment is on site by 1st week of April
2. Timely PP & EA approval

(1) depends on Angus seriously expediting the package Vendors.

(2) I still don’t understand why these have not been obtained already.

We are now running too close to Hedge kick in (July) and this has the potential to inflict another severe shock to the shareholders.

However, 1st gas by June is doable. Is all in Angus’s hands, including PP & EA approvals.

Mirasol, let me correct you - when GL’s involvement was announced, early January 2019, the SP was ~12p (not 7.5p)

I have come to the conclusion that bashing the “Greens” is an attempt to divert from what is really happening here.

I don’t believe for one moment that any LTH will be bashing the “Greens”. Those who are looking beyond a quick flip at circa 1p don’t mind the “Greens” as more often than not that is from where useful information comes from.

SFB is supposed to flow soon and gas prices are at all time highs and in all likelihood will go higher. We had a rejected bid at 1.40p and 6 “bona fide” bidders looking to buy SFB/Angus.

Why is the SP sitting at 0.75p? Why was the placing done at such a HUGE discount? Why with all the “good” things surrounding Angus right now, a mere 175 million shares at GIGANTIC discount hasn’t gone yet?

The problem here is not the “Greens” … is the Angus BOD and those attacking the “Greens” will do well switching their frustration and attacks from the “Greens” to the Angus BOD.

I don’t like to be negative but my losses are getting heavier and heavier. I am kicking myself for believing CC & TP in last years TU and going heavy here. My fault, I accept it, but it is hard not to be annoyed here.

The downward pressure on the SP is relentless. Last TU really p*ssed off some of the shareholders who are currently in all likelihood now selling at a loss.

The support below current level is at 1p and unless CC & TP change their tone in the Finals next month we could be breaking the 1p support too.

CC & TP really need to look in the mirror and reevaluate their position here or they may soon have to raise money at an all-time low. They need to do something to support the SP.

James, gas by March/April is not doable, there is too much work to do at site. I am now hoping for April/May if no other hiccups. Will be great if the PP & EA approvals arrive soon to get them out of they way, at the moment they are hanging over us like a noose .

RedbullRJ, there are two tanks for water storage and two tanks for stabilised condensate storage. I suspect the other two (condensate) will arrive at site this week too, maybe tomorrow.

Baits, the stabilised condensate tanks are still been worked on at the Vendor’s manufacturing facility. They should be arriving at site imminently (this week).

Morning BV, it maybe so but we need official confirmation with an RNS and I think Angus needs to chase the Council for it.

The Council is indeed making a meal o it. Approving this HSE change is not by committee, is by one individual.

Angus should chase them for the approval.

James, the PP approval is a rubber stamp of the HSE changes and is not a full committee hearing. It shouldn’t take more that a couple of hours of somebody looking at it. The Council making a meal of it again.

Shouldn’t we be getting the PP approval by now? Consultations closed two and a half weeks ago.

I thinkEVE should give up on France and concentrate on increasing sales in UK&I. France is a drain on cash and a drag on the SP.

I think they will do another Investor Meet presentation when the results are released and I hope the tone is along the lines of last years final results meeting, upbeat and confident. The last TU was a disaster, was in complete contradiction to the previous TU and the market responded by decimating the SP. CC & TP nonchalance attitude failed the shareholders.

Mountainous, Eve was saying that they will reach “sustainable profitability” for PLC in 2022, not in an RNS but in the Investor Meet presentation following last years final results.

Both TP & CC very confidently, very clearly stated this. They also said at the time that they could have shown a profit if they chose to. This is available in the EVE presentations on the Investor Meet website.

However, all this has changed in the last TU and I am still kicking myself for believing them and loading up. In heavy loss at the moment, my fault though.

Where we now are, according to the last TU, is aiming for breakeven in 2022 for UK & I section only. France is 3 or 4 years behind. So, it will be a while before EVE PLC becomes profitable, hence the obliteration of the SP. Still heavy pressure on the SP this morning and my opinion this downward pressure will continue for sometime, unless the tune changes in the next update.

It is also obvious that France is a drain on cash - is 3 or 4 years behind UK&I.

These are the principal 6” pipes within the plant, they line to TGT and Grid is already laid and pressure tested. This line is 4”.

These 6” lines are connecting the 3-phase separator with the 1st stage compressor, the passive dehydration package, the J-T package and the 2nd stage compressor.

Good to see this work starting - another Civil Works contract awarded.
