Is not impossible for the EOG SP to multibag even with the increased float - look at 88E with 16 billion shares in circulation.

The placing is a done deal now, let’s move forward. I have calmed down now :) I will do a bit more research on this deal. Thanks for the info you supplied earlier.

Phoebus, I don’t remember the exact numbers (I could find out) but the EOG placing at 1.8p after spending time below that is not success.

UFO has been at circa 0.2p for a couple of years and then raised at 0.90p!

Bad timing by SO. If he waited another week or so we could have had the placing at much higher SP with a lot less dilution.

Now, unless SO has another exoposive announcement on Morocco or Ireland, by the time circa 400 mil shares are absorbed in to the market we will miss the high pool price euphoria.

A lot more shares - a lot more weight going up - limited upside with now a billion shares roughly in circulation.

Serif, spot on. This is roughly another 400 million shares … greater than 50% dilution.

Terrible, my guess is the SP will drop below 1.8p by the time these shares are dispersed.

Thanks Phoebus, I can see the potential here but the way the placing is handled is extremely poor.

1.80p is a disgrace. Had he held back for another week or so we would very likely been able to have the placing at over 3p - a lot less dilution. Is annoying, but this is AIM I suppose.

But this is the problem, what if COS is less than 50%?

Really annoying … yesterday we were at 3.5p and now a placing at 1.8p! Obviously there was a placing leak and those in the know got out already - more obvious by the price action today.

I agree with Serif on this - is not the government refusing to transfer the license, it is DNO that terminated the process, see RNS

Obviously DNO now want to develop this license themselves. They must feel a lot more confident now in the Irish government being more favourable to O&G after the recent events.

EOG is going down - it does not make sense!

As quite a few people pointed out today, the RNS this morning is actually good as it improves the Inishkea prospects.

The problem here, IMO, is the EOG PR, or lack of it. The absence of any comments/explanations in today’s RNS makes it appear as a bad thing when it is actually a good thing.

After all, the recent SP advance was on the back of Wressle, obvious by the UJO & EGD advances. Yet, the EOG SP got knocked off today with an RNS on a different licence which is not yet factored in the SP.

If the original submission was not RNS’ed maybe they don’t see it as having an impact on the SP, but is it right though?

Is normal for all oil companies to RNS information of this nature because it does ultimately have an effect on the SP. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if they respond to my query.

Good idea for more shareholders to enquire about this.

AIM Regs require price sensitive information to be RNS immediately - Am I wrong in assuming that the withdrawal of the application is price sensitive info?

I was not expecting to see 2p again, not to mention so soon.

Gone from just below 2p to above 3p on heavy volume of 40+ mil shares now back down to 2p on next to nothing volume.

That last TU really did quite some damage, was a disaster. CC & TP need to now step up to the mark but can they?

I just contacted Europa (on website) asking why no RNS was issued as maybe required by AIM Regulations for price sensitive information.

I suspect though that Serif maybe right and something else is brewing.

I am not sure, but shouldn’t such a step be RNS’ed as per AIM regs?

Heidelberg, you could recover that 4k today, and add a bit more :) Fingers crossed.

This unexpected pullback looks like an add opportunity, is overdone IMO FWIW.
