Guys, I really think that there is no issue here. These “new” elements are not new, I believe that is the confusion here is the vague way it is worded.

There have been some changes to the layout brought about buy HSE review, we know about these - flare height, relocation of generators, etc.

I think the Plot Plan had errors in it which have now been corrected.

- Firewater tank - was always needed
-Condensate Stabilisation Tower - was in from day 1, is described in a document I read months ago
- Condensate and Oily Water Banded Storage Area - We saw these tanks being tested/painted, where in from Day 1
- Air Coolers - they are already on site, we saw the tweets

Looks like all documentation is being aligned. No probs.

WG, I don’t think there is an issue there. The actual wording is using the word “elements”, not “developments”.

The way I read it is that these are elements are new (to the plan) subject to “a prior approval application” - they have been previously approved.

These elements would have been described in other documents but missed from the plan because you cannot have the gas processing plant without storage tanks and condensate stabilisation.

Ofcourse, there is the repositioning of some equipment, e.g. generators, also shown as new.

VL, I agree - the market does love Serenity, is obvious now from the SP action.

I was just making the point that the placing was way too cheap. Had it been at a higher SP (doesn’t have to be at hefty premium like prem) we would have had a lot less dilution and be probably sitting at well over 4p by now.

But that is history now, I just hope that those receiving the shares don’t flip them too cheap.

We did the placing at circa 50% discount which we all thought is excessive.

Take a look at PREM this morning, with the SP at 0.3p … the placing is at 0.4p

How is that? Looks like when the placing is for something really good you get away with a premium.

I used to go to France every year, have a fantastic holiday and then load the car up on my return. Beautiful wines and brandy. Now, thanks to Brexit is all a distant memory. The Fleurie is from Tesco’s :(

RT, hedge is circa 43p … gas is trading now in excess of 500P. I think the £12 mil funders screwed up but we are were we are and is still a good place.

DGU, I stopped looking at it. This SP level is a complete joke, if I had more cash I will be adding now.

Surprised at the relative amount of shares sold at this level, got to be from p*ssed off shareholders but I think (hope?) that this will soon change. It just cannot go any lower.

Jack, that is a good TA. I understand a bit about TA too but I cannot say that I disagree or agree with your assessment - IMO, there are two possibilities now from where we are and either of these is possible:

(A) You are right in that the SP failed to break above the 8 DEMA. In fact right now the SP failed to hold above any major MA or EMA, is below all of them (20/50/200 MA & 3/8/40/26/105 EMAs). So it is possible for the SP to drift down to the previous low at 0.60p.

(B) The SP is below all major MAs/EMAs but is currently sitting at major support stretching back to over a year. The SP also happens to suit right at the bottom of the Bollinger bands (20,2) which is a very powerful support. Given these strong supports sat current SP level, the SP could hold here and then move up.

IMO, even (A) and (B) are both possible we are likely to see scenario (B) from here on

We had a late surge of volume, increasing in to the day’s close and this normally bodes well for next day - we could be back well over 1p tomorrow … :):)

BV, it will definitely change attitudes in Europe.

There is a lot of oil and gas under our land and waters and the right think to do is get it out and transition properly to net zero without energy shocks and shocks to our pockets.

Using our oil and gas is many times more environmentally friendly than importing since the imported O&G footprint is many times higher than local O&G footprint.

Also, is more revenue for the government and cheaper energy for us.

More revenue for the government means more money available to spend on transitioning to net zero.

Win-win for people and the planet.
