Jack, that is a good TA. I understand a bit about TA too but I cannot say that I disagree or agree with your assessment - IMO, there are two possibilities now from where we are and either of these is possible:

(A) You are right in that the SP failed to break above the 8 DEMA. In fact right now the SP failed to hold above any major MA or EMA, is below all of them (20/50/200 MA & 3/8/40/26/105 EMAs). So it is possible for the SP to drift down to the previous low at 0.60p.

(B) The SP is below all major MAs/EMAs but is currently sitting at major support stretching back to over a year. The SP also happens to suit right at the bottom of the Bollinger bands (20,2) which is a very powerful support. Given these strong supports sat current SP level, the SP could hold here and then move up.

IMO, even (A) and (B) are both possible we are likely to see scenario (B) from here on.

Took my exposure to £99k, with most of the shares held in ISA. Today’s purchase is in normal trading account.

I think this selling is overdone, I don’t see the placing shares being sold at a heavier discount. Next week the mood should change and the SP should rise. A lot of shares are getting knocked today and for O&G stocks this selling doesn’t make sense.

1,198,933 shares @ 0.7385p whole £9k’s worth.

I must need my head tested … took my exposure up to £99k and brought my average down to 1.7p now.

I don’t expect it to drop any lower. It must be the last of the placing shares, surely there aren’t many left.

Bar another bid, we are not likely to see a significant change in the SP until PP/EA approvals.

Originally, we were going to bring the field back on line with the decommissioning money we got from Wingas - it wan’t going to cost the shareholders a single penny.

Then Angus found out that the money they received was not enough … you know the rest.

Gideon, is not with cheerleading that we will get success here - is with Angus delivering.

Right now, we cannot afford a further slip as there is now very little float if any between first gas and hedge/loan repayments kicking in. There maybe an installation/commissioning issue that need to be resolved. It takes time. What if the field needs a clean up? Is good to have a float to iron any issues.

Worry, hell no … I only have £90k in this and currently more than £50k down.

Phil, I don’t believe that there is anything dodgy in this SP drop this morning. Very likely placing shares being dispersed.

Phoebus, anything is possible, but assuming the lenders will agree to rolling the loan (at an additional hefty cost to us) what about the hedge?

There is no question, at this stage Angus should be doing everything possible to get the equipment on site and complete the works in good time. Equipment vendors are not bound by silly Council working hours, they can work 24-7, all they need is an incentive.

SelfishMcNimby, the delay from 2020 to 2022 has nothing to do with the pandemic.

It has to do with an original estimate of about £2 mil to the revised one of more than £12 mil.

Crocqman answered a question on “short time horizon” BV.

Phoebus, our time horizon is not short. You probably know this but in about four months time the hedge and the £12 mil loan repayments kick in. Gas must flow in adequate quantities by then. There is literally no time left (no float) between 1st gas and hedge/loan repayment kicking in to play with if there are any issues. It is critical now.

Gideon, right now (March) we should not be guessing when first gas will be - we should know because Angus told us. So when is first gas? March/April is NOT possible, so it has to be later.
