Geeman, I do hope we get an RNS before hand to stir some interest and start pushing the SP back up. This drop to 2p on low volume is way overdone.

Crocqman, I agree with you - it will be disappointing if they wait to the end of the month to answer these questions. A good response to these questions will definitely help the SP.

Perhaps is worth giving them a week or so and then promoting them to answer.

Last year’s TU was on 21st January, so 2/3 more weeks to the TU now. Hopefully we’ll see an increase in the cash position and they will be more upbeat this time.

There has been talk on shareholder discussion boards about what might happen if Angus/SEL are not in a position to meet the Hedge requirements, either due to delay in First Gas or shortfall in SFB output.

To put this to rest, would Angus clarify whether Angus and SEL are required to make up the hedge shortfall should they fail to get into production or fall short on quantity requirements please. Thank you.

It is clear from the state of the Angus share price that the market is not convinced that First Gas at SFB will be achieved in good time, else the share price will be a lot higher and moving even higher at this stage as we are currently severely undervalued.

There are two issues that can delay First Gas to past July when the Hedge and the (£12 mil) Loan Repayments kick-in thus causing potentially a very serious problem for Angus and shareholders:

(A) Planning and EA permit variation approvals are not yet received and there is no guarantee that these will be received in good time to allow commissioning of the plant before July.

(B) Some equipment (i.e. packages) are not expected at site until late April and should there be a further slip, given installation and commissioning time requirements, it is possible for First Gas to be pushed back past July.

Either of these issues has the potential of causing the Hedge and Loan Repayments arriving before First Gas. Has Angus considered this possibility and does Angus have mitigations in place for both Hedge and Loan Repayments if this happens? Is there anything in the contracts that allow for these to be rolled back past July? If so at what cost?

I (and I am sure all shareholders) would be most grateful if Angus can be transparent enough and answer these concerns. Thank you.

Crocqman, when I submit a question I give it 2 or 3 working days and if it doesn’t go up I then email it to Angus and copy GL in. GL’s email can be found on the submitted planning documents.
