Personally I'm apprehensive.
Greatland had a partnership with a goliath of a mining company with all there machinery, manpower and knowhow.
And now this mining giant want out of this relationship.
How are investors painting this with a rosy picture?
Greatland gold are chicken feed at best. They have neither the might or muscle financially, workforce or otherwise to go it alone.
This is a disaastourous outcome. It's that's simple.
Until they get into bed with another mining giant this mine won't get developed and greatland will tank furthervas they will miss all targets.
The share price ended in a stalemate.
Monday morning the share price has a greater chance of falling than rising as more people sell up and seek another opportunity of gaining entry at a lower price.
We need an RNS for further supporting this share price.
I want to bail at 2.70p my entry price and this seems more elusive every day.
Yesterdays posts included one by a highly praised 40 years+ mining veteran James Weaver from the United States, who doubted Lorna (a rookie Geologist by comparison) regarding the helium one find and Billy bob bailed out based on two mining experts giving a negative prediction about Helium one's updates.
I too have great uncertainty that helium one will deliver.
LORNA promised the world two years ago (YouTube it) and managed to take the share price from 11p to 0.185p, so sorry but I can't trust her whatsoever.
The update from her on Thursday was an advert and contained no statistics or facts only that of helium of upto 4.7% was found.
Everything in that update was words, it was not an RNS and therefore holds little merit, not accountable or auditable. She could have said whatever eg: helium discovered at her local McDonald's etc, lol.
Wait for concrete Facts and Stats and then I might consider increasing.
Remember they have diluted shareholders no end over last few years. They will do so many times yet to come. The management of helium one have very little invested in the company and so have little to lose.
At the moment it's all a fairytale and with helium ones record and past history ONLY helium ones management live ...... Happily ever after
Worth a read,
Is anyone concerned about the comments on the HE1 post? Both by reputable people, it worries me a bit…
Comment 1: Did they give the total.gas flow rates? Sounds like they have a fracture system in which the He is coming from. Flow rates may not be sustainable as the fracture system is depleted? That would be a concern.
Comment 2: For helium to be discovered there needs to be both production rate to the surface and subsurface volume (I.e., reservoir) sufficient to support a refining plant and long-term contract. It may take 3 or 4 wells to claim a discovery in the case of helium.
While some may disagree, a show of helium while drilling or gas containing helium circulated to the surface does not constitute a discovery, in my professional opinion. I know of many instances where additional drilling and testing did not confirm a discovery. To clarify a discovery, we have created a “Discovery Worksheet” that includes items like well log calculations, core data, mud log data, test data, offset analog information, etc. Each of these items is weighted and each item gets a score based on quality. For instance, a flow test is weighted higher than mud log data and a flow test at 1 Mmscfd gets a higher score than a test at 20Mscfd. A predetermined score quantifying a discovery is determined prior to drilling to limit bias of the outcomes. In the event a discovery is not confirmed, the worksheet can be used to see what additional data is needed to confirm a discovery.

From the linked in comment it seems what Lorna has found is a 'fluke'. what she has found is a fracture and not a basin. in simple terms a basin/reservoir is more generous in its giving and more guaranteed in the long run. A fracture runs an awful; lot of risks, more issues and concerns etc

Found it Billy bob - thanks

Billy bob can you post this please
Helium One (LON:HE1) recently appointed Lorna Blaisse as Principal Geologist and she joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to explain how her expertise can help the company in its ambitions.
Of course she expected a red SP
what was said and discussed yesterday in the update was so empty and vague and completely devoid of any important facts and stats.
Generational wealth?
World class?
I mean WTF?
they are brilliant words but just that WORDS. like I said style but no substance. All words and no action.
Also it was released via a non-accountable, non-auditable method.
Yesterday she could have said she was going to build a rocket ship to get to planet neptune to extract a trillion billion litres of helium and it would be delivered within 1000 years.
What she needs to win trust is release a COMPREHENSIVE RNS. FULL OF FACTS AND STATS. AND REALISTIC TIMESCALES.
Stop giving your longsuffering shareholders feeble words
I also watched yesterday's update. How many figures were given in yesterday's update by Lorna.
NONE! It says it all
Dont forget Lorna released a video 2 years ago (full of smiles and gestures that were in yday video) and was also promising the earth and everything in it back then. The SP at the time was 10.5p. It then fell away all the way to 0.185p.
The management have little to nothing self invested in the company - living the life of having great lifestyle jobs off shareholders and investors money. Dont forget Helium one are at liberty to dilute when they want and placings and dilutions is almost second nature too them. Some of the investors in Helium are so diluted sadly that if the whole of planet earth had helium underneath it and was exclusive to helium one - they probably still wouldnt break even! some folk are well over -4000% down! Sadly they will prob never break even or make there money even if this company gets to a $100bn.
Best be careful when investing - as quick as things rise when it falls the compounding effect is significantly worse.
Also worth noteing is that everything Lorna said yesterday were mere words, nothing is gospel or is accountable unless it is released as an RNS. she can pretty much say what she wants and it can and may all be complete BULL.
Also worth noting is that she mentioned nothing about the size of the find, just used elaborate jargon - which cannot be quantified or measured in any way. How do you define world class?
The rampers on this board have ramped more and more based on LORNAS WORDS nothing else.
No other companies are expressing a JV yet - they are waiting for NUMBERS. as FACTS and STATS do the talking.
Also if they go it alone, a massive dilution and placing will need to take place to be able to extract the stuff, those invested now, will prob diluted multiple times over and would reap any rewards - IF it ever gets to the big time.
The only people winning with this is the day traders - those buying in just after 9am and selling just after 3pm
invest your house on this - you must be daft.
I'm in sunny eilat today and thinking of you silly folk
Don't forget this helium one management. Took the share price from 28p to 0.2p. Diluting many into oblivion in the process.
Yes £100 investment was turned into a mere 78p!
A lot of promises were told when it was at 28p only for it to all fall off a cliff days later.
And in December 2023 the company was in the verge of administration I reckon.
Fancy pretty words, done deliver facts and stats do.
Still hasn't hit my magic 2.7p to bail out
It will tumble in the days ahead
All words and fairytale.
Need facts and stats to go higher
Nice words and plesentaries and all the idiotic rampers are endlessly praising.
Just as well the London stock exchange has sensible people who only react to facts and stats.
Despite Lorna's flowery update, the share price is still sat where it was this morning in the red.
Most people are sensible and only react to statistics - not mindless ramping.
There is lots of ifs and buts and perhaps and maybe suggest you listen again.
I reckon even greater chance of falling off a cliff and visiting Dec lows.
It could be nothing significant has been discovered at rukwa, and the machinery has been left there for them to try again before informing the market that shareholders are to feel much more pain?
HELIUM ONE has held back information. Compare with nobles 4th December rns.
1. Reservoir thickness.
2. Formation pressure.
3. Formation permeability.
We don't have any indication of volume.
That information is typically released.
4.5% helium concentration from a 100m high pressure reservoir is worth a lot more than a 5m low pressure reservoir.
The company should release that information and schedule a flow test. The latter they can justify doing before lab results get back.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
Zebra 04 The boardToday 02:26
In December the company did a placing at a 72% discount increasing the shares from 1 bil to 3.5bil. Wiped out existing shareholders. I suspect Sarah cope arranged this.
The 6 directors only subscribed to 7.2mil shares between them. £18k. Not reassuring.
The last placing was done at a 30% discount before releasing more data and the board didn't take part.
The placing was done too early imo.
"working capital position, which will enable us to fully focus on the next phase of the Company's growth."
I prefer the funds were properly allocated before raising.
To all the wishful thinkers.
This will tank heavily when the next RNS is released and the helium one management do there usual list of excuses. Sampling issues, pressure flow problems, reservoir size etc
Helium one management have never delivered on there word, this will be no different
So helium one management basically jumped the gun. They released sensitive market info which they wanted the shareholders to hear. Rather than the full data which would have been correct?
Crafty and economical with the truth.
Can't trust helium one.
Think Lorna and the team have read my posts and some of the others expressing negativity of the company and it's management etc and prob bly taking there due diligence to ensure that whatever is communicated next is absolutely the truth, forthcoming and not omitting and details.
I think the shareholders have been shafted endlessly be helium one with false hopes and promises, placings and dilutions.
Such as taking £100 to 78p for shareholders, beyond diabolical.
They need to release a blockbuster RNS with depth and detail which is comprehensive.
IRONICALLY I reckon they will do this I reckon if the communication is only to be NEGATIVE!
