I would have expected us to be at 30p after todays news but someone has a different idea.
Anyway lots of news to be delivered over the next 2 to 3 weeks concerning the closure of the 7E deal.
And then hopefully 35p or above on the day of the closure RNS.

Personally I did well out of the exercise having bought in at 16.5p and sold out at 22p. But there was nothing to support the rise and we have quite a long period of silence before anymore news. I lost quite a lot on the fall from 60p so happy to make some back.

What is a typical pump and dump?
If someone comes on this BB who has never posted on here before and floods the board with loads of positive messages and the next day an RNS appears and the said individual continues pumping the stock and then when the SP reaches 24p disappears never to be heard of again then I call that a pump and dump.

It was a pump and dump. The SP won't fall back to 16.5p because we had a positive RNS with a milestone met. However, I wouldn't be surprised if we fall back to 17.5p or 18p. That is where I will be loading up over the next few weeks.

If you look at the previous posts by well respected posters the valuation is $600m to $800m.

I think the last one in 2016 was about 27p.

Looking at your EV calculation it doesn't take into account the value of the assets.
For example if you have 10 houses worth £1m each = total £10m.
If you are only earning income on 1 house say £100k pa. And the other houses are empty but still worth £1m each.
Then you can't value the total asset value on the income from just 1 house.

At the moment Amer has all these assets but only getting income from a small percentage of the assets.
It doesn't mean the company is only worth the value of the assets generating income.

That is why I think we will see 38p rather than 25p. The non working assets have a value.
The longer this sale process takes the higher the value of the company.
But then again what do any of us know.
