Well the persons who control the bid/ask are people with DMA (direct market access). That is the MMs and anyone else who has DMA including PIs like myself. IG offer DMA. You just have to complete an online course. So any of those people could be accused of manipulating the bid/ask.

Surely with the $10m tax due to be paid on Saturday 16th Nov completion of the 7E deal has to be tomorrow so that SAVP receives the $74m cash tomorrow to pay the tax bill. We will probably get the completion RNS 7am Monday morning.

Looks like 7E completion by the end of next week at the latest. Then SAVP can get on with making money.

No tax to pay if you spread bet the gain.

As we said last week the company are going to pay the tax bill of $10m before 16th November from the $74m cash inflow from the completion of the 7E deal. Therefore if you work the timeline backwards we must be getting news this week of 7E debt restructuring sign-off. This is what we have all been waiting for over the last few years.

Depends on what the Colonel has to say next. I am sure his next shot will be the equivalent of a Barrett 50.

If you work backwards from paying the $10m tax bill on 16th November, allowing time for monies to be moved around, then we must be due news on the debt restructuring sign-off next week. Then another week or two for the court work would bring us close to 16th November allowing for the monies to be transferred between the various parties involved.

Based on today's RNS the company must be expecting the 7E deal to be done and dusted long before 16th November in order to pay $10m tax bill. Accugas UK Ltd is up and operational although I don't quite understand how this fits into the organisational structure. I presume the shareholders will be 80% SAVP and 20% AIIM. Lots of news to come before the end of the year. YM

This is why we don't want ONGC as a partner.

Well in my opinion and of those shareholders of Amerisur we would warn against any partnership with ONGC if you want to get any wells drilled.

Basically ONGC are such a large company that they are over beaurocratic. Every purchase they make has to go to tender including spanners. Amerisur have been partnered with them in Colombia for many years. In 2019 they were meant to drill 6 wells. Only 1 well has been drilled. We have been waiting since June for the second well to spud. Still waiting! I couldn't think of a worse partner. I know they have been given the go ahead to invest overseas.
