Having read page 20 and 21 of the Q3 MDA I would say Agamore doesn't have a foot to stand on.
Essar Nigeria put it all to bed in March 2017. If Agamore didn't provide the services then how can they expect to be given 37% of the interest in OPL226.
Even the Nigerian government agrees Agamore doesn't have a chance.

And even if Agamore did get 37% interest in OPL226 what is the likelihood that would affect COPL's share.

The next RNS may well be that the PSC has been signed off and the deal with Essar completed. What a surprise that would be to some people.
