No effect on the SP. It is only the US. We can sell to the rst of the world.
Dismissing sounds a lot more positive than filing defences. Filing a defence admits the other party has a case. Whereas a dismissal says the other party has no case.
They must have changed the rules recently. Are they allowed to have weapons?
