The news blackout is not because we are suspended. It is due to the submission of the prospectus. FCA rules.

Star, whenever Copl files a return on Sedar or London I get an email. The last one was a week or two ago. I don't bother keeping them. Just a quick read and delete. With my accountant head on Copl will want to get the Prospectus signed off before releasing Q2 results otherwise the Q2 results will have to be added into the prospectus.

There was a statement I received from Copl to my email that was also posted on Sedar saying, they were prioritising the prospectus over the production of the Q2 accounts.

Bankruptcy remains on your credit file for 6 years. However, my bank and building society don't appear to be too bothered. They allowed me to keep my accounts and credit cards.
