So your not getting paid a dividend from anyone there basically just given you your own money back when you loss it. Spread betting need to be understood better.

Just spoken to IG as I was so Intrigued that they would pay dividends on Ex dividend day and not payment date they told me this is correct but only on there demo accounts.

Some people are financially illiterate. If there a big drop just after dividends are paid out that is a perfect time to reinvent not cut your losses. Investing and gambling are worlds apart.

Anything over 70 is a bonus company pays dividends and buy backs continues. More chances we will see 150 then 70 and if 70 is seen again BP may just be debt free.

Quite normal every time share price hit a new recent high people take profit, I did think should I sell today at 430 but if you don’t go e it right you loss your shares and dividends. I will only take that risk again around 5.50 which is only 4-5 months away at the current buy backs rate.

Looking at this company I believe this dividend is just a small offer while they have a sort out and short term Harbour will be paying a quarterly dividend with a share price 3 to 4 times what it is today.

In the U.K. you pay enough tax at the pump. Maybe BP should tax the government first for letting them make so much money or Maybe slow production to push up price that way the government could make even more money at the pumps without a windfall tax. It’s a double edged sword.

Dividends next week who will be reinvesting? Hopefully the share price will stay low till after then.

Anybody brave enough to sell on the 13th May and buy back on the 14th May. I have seen this pattern and done it a couple of times you get the dividends and buy back cheaper. Will it work this time is it worth the risk? I might if we hit 475

I believe consolidation was done to suppress share price and stop day trading/volatility in the share price. I can see a share split and a massive increase in dividends. If they done a 1 to 5 split this could easy double or triple the current market capitalisation.

You are wrong. There will be a fast rally up to 480 maybe a retrace to 450 but under 400 will never be seen again.

I agree I also said month ago that there would be a share split and then expect the market capitalisation to double very quickly.

You have to imagine if buy back continued until there was only one share left and you had that 1 share.

bp has 65 billion pound worth of shares at this share price and are buying back around 4 billion a year whilst also paying dividends. Oil price only need to stay above 60 dollars for this buy back to continue.

Once harbour enters the 100 there will be a split of shares to release the true potential of the value of the company. Buy and hold for a 4 bagger within 12 months.

Well played harbour. Enter the 100 then 10-1 spilt then good new and then share price will double over night.
