I would have thought lessons would have been learnt. PMO and Chrysler merger. Now talk of a merger of Neptune and harbour. Harbour share holder won’t make anything other then holding shares in another company unless there Neptune buys harbour but I can guarantee they will be looking for a bargain.

Harbour offers a 5.6 percent dividend at this share price while still having cash to buy shares back regardless of the share price. If they upped the dividends to 10 percent instead of the buy backs this wouldn’t look good. Buy backs do work and compact over time, it won’t change the fact that stock prices goes up and down and is open to manipulation. Anyone that can’t take the risk should use a savings account to generate wealth.

Yes I agree. If you want a stock that only goes one way it doesn’t Exist so you just have to play the game buy low and sell high harbour Is low now so I guess it’s time to buy.

I don’t always wait for the dividends to be paid. I some times sell before and buy back cheaper the the dividends been paid. Oil you sound very inexperienced.

Harbour is paying dividends and buying 100 million worth of shares back over the next few weeks. If your looking to trade which I can’t see why else you would be here then this must be a good opportunity.
Looking at the volume and price paid, I think anyone getting in last thing today will trade well tomorrow/Monday.
