Problem is oil at 65 to 70 Is good for some people and Russia selling at 52 most likely is just showing the true angle. If they were selling oil at a higher price they would get away with it. A cap should be lower or you have to ask yourself what’s really going on. Is the cost of living crisis just been created by higher interest rate, higher inflation to erode massive debt?

As I suspected talks have been suspended as 65 dollars is too generous. I would have thought 50 to 55 dollars more acceptable. This should also help bring down the cost of living.

There trying to decide on whether to cap Oil at 65 or $70 but Russia is already selling at 52 dollars make you wonder who the government is actually working for?

Problem is will you get anyone to hedge at this level while Russian oil is been sold at 52 dollars per barrel this maybe why oil stocks have been stagnant or dropping this week. If Russian oil keeps working its way through to market everything the government have done is actually counter productive.

That’s why I sell as soon as I see a profit. Over the last 2 years I found there’s no valve for long term investors. Just buy and sell and if they shoot up they always shoot back down.
