I would imagine the price cap to work negatively on oil price. Russia will be the world main Competitor if you wanted to punish Russia you should make the rest of the world pay $300 a barrel off them so nobody does but instead $60 dollars of Russia or 80 from anywhere else. I predict a drop in prices
