For me there are 2 major milestones very close to each other.....EPC signing and finance completion. Both should be huge catalysts to the SP.

I won't be touching any until finance is agreed....then I'll review where we're at.

Once finance is agreed construction will start and I believe the move to the main market is likely at that point so again another thing you'd rather have some skin in the game for rather than on the sidelines imo.

6 months ago if you'd have offered me an SP of around 4p before the EPC was signed I'd have bitten your hand off!!

One scenario could be that as part of the EPC PowerChina are going to operate the mine in production and are going to purchase a significant stake in the company.....X% for £Xm.

That would cause a significant rerate of the SP.

I may be miles away and talking absolute rubbish!!

Also, the only date that matters here is the signing of the EPC......this hasn't been delayed. The only date circulated from the company has been a signing ceremony planned for 19th Nov.

Would we need a suspension just for the signing though? Or is there something a bit more substantial coming with the signing.

Something big appears to be going on and I'd much rather be in than sat on the sidelines!!

Also the comments from the CEO don't suggest anything other than positive news is incoming:

Less than 2 weeks to go until EPC signed and all details are made public. Will the Chinese operate the mine once in production? How will this impact the company.....i imagine very positively but will be good to hear from the management team.

I wonder if they'll do an investor presentation where we can submit questions?

When the details/cost savings are known we can take another look at '99icecream's forecasts with the new costs and see where the SP could go!

Plus broker research notes, and hopefully mainstream news coverage should bring a lot more trading volume over here.....and we'll all be the ones that got in before the crowd :)

Very encouraging that the last small fund raise was at 1.1p in July.......5 months later and we've raised a bit more at 2.75p....a massive increase.

The SP has responded very well and any going concern about the companies finances has now been removed for the foreseeable.

Intriguing about the comment about 'insider information' preventing the Chairman from buying.....all will be revealed once the EPC is signed and details made public.

I really liked the comments from the CEO.....the first comments since the EPC has been finalised - "This is a very exciting and significant time for the company. We look forward to providing further updates in due course".

Exactly, the consortium financiers have expressed a desire to finance this for a while - the financiers will have been kept close to the EPC discussions so things should be concluded relatively quickly on the finance agreement.

I believe the reason for the extension in time is only due to the festive period.

Once finance is agreed construction will commence straight away.

Early in the new year this company will be a million miles ahead of where it started this year with all major risks and blockers removed.....having finance secured and its mine being constructed by a major global player.

Very exciting and rewarding times being invested in a company that evolves from prospective Junior miner to having a fully funded global scale project in construction - roll on January :)

We can enjoy a nice Christmas knowing a major risk has been removed, then shortly in the new year we'll get financing agreed......the final piece to taking this company from prospective junior miner to a major miner with a global scale mine funded and in construction being led by a major global player.

After that will come a move to the main LSE...and with that we know what the minimum MCAP must be....an SP equivalent in the tens :)

These opportunities don't along come very often, if I had any spare cash I would be loading up here and sitting on my hands for a few years! I won't be touching my holding now until the mine is built.

The market might not have reacted just yet but this EPC concluding is huge risk removed from the project/company.

Transformational news - next up the EPC details....hopefully showing cost savings and construction time reductions.

Then financing.....which I believe is tentatively agreed with existing middle Eastern investors.

Hopefully the company ramp up their comms/promotion of the project.

Exciting times to be invested here....especially if you got in around 0.5p!

Final agreement on outstanding points in respect of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contract was reached with PowerChina International Group Limited ("PowerChina") on 28 October 2024. The EPC agreements have now been finalised and Kore Potash and PowerChina are working towards convening a date which is currently set for 19 November 2024 for the signing ceremony with the Minister of Mines (the "Minister") and other high officials of the RoC in Brazzaville. Following the signing ceremony, relevant details of the agreement will be made public.

Apologies...duff info about asx....0.06 is not the all time high, but is the highest it's been since 2019.

Although no huge rally, there has been no large sell off leading up to the update which is hugely encouraging imo.

On lse and jse we're up nearly 10% in 5 days with a new year long high posted earlier today.

On asx the all time high (60) was paid numerous times last night.

The only disaster causing a downward spiral would be if negotiations between Kore and PC have broken down.

Stating negotiations are progressing but they need a few more weeks will just see us in a bit of a holding pattern.

Any reference to a signing ceremony being scheduled or more info (positive hopefully) about PC operating the mine will hopefully send us to the moon.

We'll know a lot more in the morning.

Not signed tomorrow........but an update along the lines of negotiations have taken longer than anticipated but we've made significant progress with the legal terms of the EPC and although there are a few minor amendments required, we're in a position where a tentative date for a signing ceremony has been provisionally scheduled for X/X/XX in Brazzaville/Beijing.

I may be way off....who knows....but if we get something like the above I would be very happy.
