Looks like the ducks are lining up - huge news due any day.....we're past the mid April target....keep watching JSE for any clues....50 ZAC being paid....it went from 53 ZAC to 83 ZAC in under a fortnight as the EPC progressed last September....always been the exchange that leads the way with any moves.

It finished up 9% yesterday.

Zero volume here though which is strange.

EPC is concluded and signed with an experienced major partner PowerChina.....all of Kore's obligations have been paid, and Early Works have commenced as planned. Full construction should begin at the start of 2026 once the financing agreement is legally converted from a term sheet to a full legally binding document (Financial Close).

The next step is securing the funding which is due any day now by way of a Financial Term sheet from our Middle Eastern financiers......which is expected to be non-dilutive (royalty/debt based)

This hit 4.3p in the lead up to the EPC signing.....

We have the EPC in the bag and are on the verge of announcing funding for the full EPC amount with no dilution.....

US tariffs have no impact on RoC to Brazil trade either so Kore are unaffected.

100% agree - the chairman's end game will definitely be a full sale.

For us minor shareholders we need to cross our fingers that this sale comes as close to Production as possible to command the highest possible price. One thing's for sure.......whenever the offer comes, it will be significantly higher than todays price!

All of the trades at 47 on JSE look like buys.

People selling could be spooked by Trump and scaling all of their investments back......the sell off won't be specific to Kore. Transformational news is due here imminently so id expect people to start taking a position this week ready for news next week.

We saw last year, this moves very fast when big news is expected......keep your eyes on the trades here and on the JSE......we've already seen a SA based fund take a nearly 5% position (presumably following the roadshow they took part in at the back end of the year if I remember rightly)......will we see a similar position taken from a UK fund(s) too after their presentation in London early this year?

If Zaraah's rumours are to be believed (and she got the part about the delay spot on)......we should expect the term sheet by mid April......a week or 2 left to wait. If the terms are as good as expected then this is a completely transformed company to be invested in.....increasingly reducing the risks at each milestone. Before we know it we'll be listed on the main board of LSE and construction will have started on a fully funded multi billion dollar project that we invested in at low single digit prices!!

As a refresher, The Summit Consortium includes:

o OWI Global, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, who will provide royalty financing in conjunction with product offtake.

Great to see the Chairman continuing to dip his hands into his own pockets - there's nobody closer to what's going on than him. Would he throw half a million dollars in if he wasn't confident of this being successful and him making a profit?

Also, great to see a new major shareholder - they have clearly been impressed with what they have seen and heard from the company to purchase a nearly 5% stake.

Take advantage of the slight dips.

As with the EPC, both parties will be negotiating hard to get the best possible terms to benefit themselves.

I suspect that one of the concessions from the company was to fund the $10m early works/powerchina payments raised recently themselves rather than from the summit consortium as previously suggested.

IMO if the consortium see management putting their hands in their pocket, they have more confidence to put their hands in their pockets and fund the project too.

PowerChina are a reputable company.

The chairman is investing his own money.....he wouldn't scam himself.

These things take time.....we're not talking a few million, this is a multi billion $ project......as with the EPC, a bit of patience is needed and we will overcome another major milestone with the financing.

Additional.....however funds could be raised by the sale of DX so no equity raise, the company should be listed on the main board of LSE by then, we should have a fully agreed 100% royalty/debt based financial package for the EPC and we'll be on the verge of Financial Close and starting construction.....so the project/company would be hugely de-risked and you'd hope the SP would be many multiples of where we are today so any future raises would be at a much more favourable price.

The indicative timeline of these major milestones to first production from Kola Project is as follows:

o  End of March 2025 Summit Consortium is targeting to deliver a non-binding financing term sheet.

o  End of June 2025 completion of the Early Works under the Early Works Agreement.
