If you were planning on trying to complete a takeover, you would certainly look to do it in the early stages of the project (once EPC and Finance risks have been removed) than wait a few years until Production when you are paying significantly more.

Exactly - there's not many mining companies on AIM that have a signed EPC to actually construct their mine(s) for their projects. Even fewer who then get financing agreed for their projects.

This is a main board LSE worthy share listed on AIM!

Kore Potash has until 31 May 2025 to consider, negotiate if necessary and settle on the terms, following which more specific and definitive information, as appropriate, will be shared with the market.

That's the latest possible date.........terms can be agreed upon at any date between now and then so watch this space.

While the wording of the announcement may sound a little bit cautious, they have to do this in order to cover themselves legally in case they decide to go down a different route.

This is extremely unlikely given how long all parties have been working together on this.

Also, just look at the buys over the last week or so, plus the chairman's $500k, $10m in the placement etc.....you don't think they have had sight of this for a little while and the terms look very good?

The signs are suggesting we're in for positive news next week.

I have a big chunk in my sipp that I'll be holding for the end game....which will likely be a full sale of the company at some point. The closer to production the better.

Once funding is agreed and documented it is full speed ahead construction.

The next major sp catalyst after the huge finance news will be a main board listing on lse and a sale of DX which could come anytime really.

Some fairly chunky buys today....its a promising start!
