All time high tagged a few times on JSE this morning too.....will be interesting to see if it breaks through it.

When the JSE starts to move I think this is our indicator that the negotiations have concluded and we're in business.....

It seems to be stirring......lets see if it can test and break through its all time high (60p).

Tbh i think its a load of nonsense but some people still believe it :)

For people who believe in these things......a trade of 1 share is sometimes a code for RNS imminent.....

This early Oct comment for the signing is based on a bit of personal digging/research.....(a bit vague I know - apologies!)

I was slightly concerned at one point a week or so ago with things dragging on but as of last week I am now 100% confident that this will be concluded imminently. Everything referenced in the latest RNS and my own research makes me very comfortable with my investment here!

In the pdf link in the RNS....there's a section in there that states:

The Directors are currently in negotiations with PowerChina to finalise the Engineering, Procurement and

Construction contract for the construction of the Kola Project. The negotiations with PowerChina are advanced

and based on the status of the negotiations and the planned activity to finalise the contract, it is the Directors

expectation that the Group will sign the EPC contract not later than by the end of October 2024.

Yes you're right re. Financing.....I understand that this will come from existing major middle Eastern shareholders and are just waiting for the EPC to be finalised before rubberstamping the financing agreement. A few weeks after the signing.

From my understanding there were still some obstacles to overcome with the negotiations.....these have now been fully resolved and the last of the formalities were being wrapped up at the end of last week. Signing ceremony expecteed in Brazzaville early Oct.

This ties in with the following statements in the RNS that was probably written early last week.

The negotiations with PowerChina are advanced and based on the status of the negotiations and the planned activity to finalise the contract, it is the Directors expectation that the Group will sign the EPC contract not later than by the end of October 2024.'

'In addition, the Directors believe that the proposed contract with PowerChina will be signed.'

Imminent -> next week should see final positions taken ready for lift off!

No need for alternative arrangements because the likelihood of completing this EPC with PowerChina is so high.

This will be done very soon - as early as next week with the signing ceremony not far behind it.

The funding has pretty much already been agreed and just needs finalising....a matter of weeks.

We're a few weeks away from having a binding contract for the construction of our mine, and the finance to fund it all.....a complete gamer changer.

Plus at any moment we could hear more about PowerChina's proposal to operate the mine once in Production....very exciting times :)

As at the current date there are no formal plans in relation to alternative arrangements based on the current probability of the EPC contract being signed.

This says it all about the risk of the EPC not being signed. It is going to happen very soon.

It's encouraging that the SP has consolidated around these levels.....it's up 26% on JSE in the last month and retraced only circa 4% in the last 2 weeks.

We know that we are on the verge of major news....the SP looks primed ready to fly once the news we're waiting for lands. Could land any hour/day.....I wish it would hurry up but these negotiations with the lawyers are obviously quite detailed and extremely important to get right!

It doesn't look good on paper given where we are in terms of newsflow but 99icecream is right....some investors have quadrupled their investment.

The transfer of old investors to new just helps create a new floor. These investors buying chunks at these levels won't be selling until much higher than this price.

£30k worth bought....not chump change so maybe somebody knows something.....I know it's not mega money but more than just a punt? Be interesting if they continue...

Plus it's also moved from 1.75 on 21st Aug to 2.34 at the back end of last week....a big jump in only a week and a half.

Keep eyes on ASX and JSE....any sudden moves on either of those markets could indicate where we are at with news flow.

If you go by the RNS' there's nothing negative....everything agreed commercially and will be signed as soon as ready. Almost there and then we are in business. When not if.
