It was over £1.10 not so long ago in anticipation of funding news, and today's news is a HUGE step forward to de-risking the project.

Ridiculously small MCAP here......if you hold long term to first oil and beyond you should be rewarded with a multi multi bagger.

That's what I mean.....don't think of £10 being an impossible SP to reach......just because for most companies £10 would never be hit (they have significantly more shares in issue).

£10 equates to a company value of 'only' £8m. With cash in the bank, an upturn in our MRS investment and a successful drilling campaign then URU will definitely be worth upwards of £8m......so the SP will reach £10.

A JV with a major providing funds and drills, the value of the company would be much much higher than that with the scope to rise exponentially as the resource is proved up into a bullish Nickel market......

Focus on the MCAP rather than the SP.

A JV with a major would be the ideal scenario imo if people are in for the long term - multiple drills turning at Zeb at once fully proving up the resource in no time.

Then get it sold to the major to take it into prod......just in time for the upturn in Nickel prices.

Then repeat the process at Burgersfort

My frustration comes when people come onto this board and just start labelling it a load of ****.

If we are ever going to attract new investors then this board needs to focus on the assets we have and the potential newsflow to come.

I agree the last few years have been grim - I was suckered when the 4.5p placing was announced.....however I haven't seen any news coming from the company that has really warranted the severe drop - just the time it's taken to prove up Zeb and mis-sold promise of a Lithium mine.

I'm sure JZ knows what he's doing.....plus him and his cohorts have significant skin in the game to just let this rot.

Why the severe consolidation? Some say to allow him to get a cheap placing away......I prefer to think there's a more positive reason which we are yet to hear about.

The full picture isn't yet known.....there are so many unanswered questions that will have to be answered soon surely?

He could recover his reputation in an instant with the announcement of a JV or a sale of Zeb.

If you've been in years then looking at the chart surely you bought in when the price under 1p, were in profit during the rise to 4p, and now are roughly about break even?

What does it matter that the price is £2 when theres less than a million shares in issue?

You clearly don't like URU as an investment so why don't you move on to something you do like instead of constantly telling us all how bad it is.....as if we're not already aware having held from £40 downwards?

However some of us remain optimistic of the tide turning and new investors will also be looking to make money from these entry points so your negativity is a bit counter productive.

Let's see how the end game pans out for URU......I for one an looking forward to seeing the latest developments at Zeb, and discovering the real reason for the consolidation.

Why do people say it's not going to happen as if it's any less likely at £200 post consolidation than it is at 20p now? Same cost to the suitor so it's equally as likely surely?

Plus for the first time MRS have mentioned expanding to take advantage of synergies elsewhere outside of it's current operations in 2019.

The same phrase (synergies between the two companies) was used by JZ to explain why we invested so much in MRS in the first place.

Are these synergies between URU and MRS about to come to light?

Don't JZ and his various cronies hold sufficient shares to control things?

I know SOLG was in a similar situation.....they had a major shareholder close to the BOD who allowed them to fend off any low ball offers. Instead allowing them to sell 16% rather than the full package.

That allowed them to fund 7 drills turning at once! And they were drilling upto 1000m deep each hole miles apart from each other, unlike URU who only need to drill to depths of around 200m all in close proximity.

This makes sense for a JV to accelerate the proving up of Zeb and subsequent repeat at Burgersfort.

Shows what can happen to a junior miner when a nearby major is interested.....don't we have 2 majors on the doorstep of Zeb? Hmmmm.
