Literally any day now to be honest.

I would expect the legal contract documentation to be as good as completed and signed so this should be confirmed any hour of any day from now.....the official signing ceremony date is dependent on the Minister of Mines but id expect will be a priority but I believe this is more just a photo opportunity.

We could hear further developments on PowerChina's proposal to operate the mine any day and in the not too distant future (6 weeks from 'contract signing' (may not need to wait for the ceremonial signing) confirmation of the funding being secured for the whole project.

A very exciting and transformational time to be invested here.....so for anyone sat on the sidelines waiting, i would expect these entry prices wont be available once that RNS drops so I would get in asap!

Anything at these levels is a steal.

The wait is just for legal teams to document what has been agreed. Bread and butter stuff but will need finalising, reviewing, amendments etc so not a quick job but one that should surely be coming to a close.....time is money so both parties will be looking to move quickly.

Now we have commercial agreement on all parts it really is the home straight on this LONG, necessary but transformational period for the company!

It appears that way......but so much of a relief to know that the agreement has been reached. Now it's just a formality of dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Day to day stuff for commercial legal teams.

Finally.....but it's all agreed! This is transformational news for the company and the shareholders should be handsomely rewarded from here.

Only 6 weeks to finalise the funding too which should all be royalty based and no dilution to shareholders!

For me, Friday's jump suggests people close to the negotiations know they are concluded/very close to being concluded.

We'll find out very shortly.....maybe as early as 7am tomorrow.

With the RNS we're expecting it will be jumping through hoops and running through tunnels like an obstacle course from Crufts :)

A delay from what? The company haven't committed to completing the EPC by any date.

All they've said is they are meeting PowerChina and lawyers/financiers early July and are expecting a proposal from the Chinese re. Operating the mine post completion........we have no reason to believe this won't happen....and a 25% rise suggests that its more likely to be happening at the moment than not in my opinion.

Obviously who knows how long it will take to reach legal agreement in the negotiations but all parties are working together to reach that outcome as quickly as possible.

25% rise in 5 days suggests to me that people know the meeting between all parties (whether that be in China or Dubai) is in progress.....as you say Howardzzz, once news leaks that legal agreement has been reached this should rise very sharply and very quickly.
