I don't go with that life changing stuff. Yeah you get more money. But you're still the same person underneath. Same issues. Same faults. Yeah some people can quit work. But some of us quite like our jobs. However if I got a big win I could open that authentic East End bagel shop in Tokyo that I've always dreamed about.

My partner works for a bank and they have entire teams of people to advise them on their pharma investments - all working full-time, many with years of experience - so I have to compete with that - and manage my fear of loss. I can easily imagine situations where PI's get scared and rush to sell.

If you watch Japanese TV at the moment (according to a friend of mine in Tokyo) there's a lot of talk about Mu variant -its a big story - including interview with one gentleman in the middle of nowhere - in rural Japan, who was positive with Mu variant - which is odd because Japan has very strict quarantine requirements, all entrants to the country go into hotel quarantine for 3 days, are subject to 3 tests, then self-isolate etc - but somehow Mu is present. It might not mean anything but I thought I'd pass it on.
