if that is the case. delayed trades, big money coming in, no one showing their hands until past 4.30....if that is the case, current sp is an open goal. :)
because the gloomy posters are all very new here....i wouldn't be surprised if one or two of them are paid derampers...which is usually a sign the asset is valuable. yes that could be a sucker's interpretation but i keep winning on sareum....buy low etc. anyway good luck all...
SAR is Covid ++ As Western Govs push endemic policies they need vaccines and therepeutics. SAR has a contender for therapeutic - just edging it towards trials should lift sp. SAR has additional strings to bow.
who's mood has darkened? such a lame and doomy and wet approach pharma is glacially slow. but covid will probably accelerate things here over the next 4-7 months. my mood is quite bright actually. bought some today. will buy again in 7-10 days. keep on keeping on.
Paid de-rampers. Posts read like Viz letters page or Daily Mail letters page (if that still exists)...all that 'Why Oh Why' kind of stuff. Must be a good sign if they are here.
I think John once suggested £1 for COPL. Possibly worth more now. Although this comp never seems to run in a straight line. I might just hold what I have for 12 months and ignore the immediate ups and downs.
RE: Sotrovimab and BRII's...no better than chocolate buttons.11 Jan 2022 19:06
"This study is the first clinical trial to report results of two anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibody therapies with unique mechanisms (sotrovimab and BRII-196 plus BRII-198) for the treatment of patients hospitalised with COVID-19. Neither therapy showed efficacy over placebo for the overall trial population..." https://www.thelancet.com/journals/laninf/article/PIIS1473-3099(21)00751-9/fulltext#seccestitle70

The Lancet publication refers to hospitalized patients. And notes there is pretty much nothing for them - BRII and GSK did not get good results for this cohort.
futility. there's a word for the competition. SAR don't have futility re Covid. SAR has potential. Latest Western Govt approaches re endemicity mean therapeutics are beyond inevitable.
Markets spooked? Anyone watching Beyond Meat? On a massive low - is there something wrong with the company or its governance? Anyone watching? Just noticed their burgers have turned up in my local Maccas. Research required!
Well my ARB price is because I don't want to buy ARB. But I would at that price. Perhaps 1 or 2 other posters here will have a more reasoned buy in price.
Nice miserable briefing. Surges, variants etc. Ties up with various bits of science... Endemic is just another word for so much you have to lose... Synairgen SP? or P3? Beginning to understand/feel this is so long-term....
"But SARS-CoV-2 does appear to be more proficient at inhibiting natural immunity than other potentially lethal respiratory viruses, like influenza...We need Covid-19 drug development efforts that account for the ways in which this disease differs immunologically from the flu."
Thanks for reply. I haven't gone through Synairgen trial protocols with a tooth-comb. For me the takeaway is that ATEA is ongoing - trials can be redesigned/modified etc - and I am guessing that Covid is long-term market - like decades long. So I'm patient re a potential Covid therapeutic. And I wonder if NDN's point is key - that whether or not Syn's RNS says they are applying for a EUA is a massive flashing sign!
