Hope things go well for you too! I’m not entirely out but I’ve sold almost half of my shares today. For me the way this SP has behaved after the Q3 RNS has left a nasty feeling toward AML, the way it spikes on good news then crashes back down within a day or so is painful to watch.. take Ferrari as an example, that’s gone from $183 to $205+ this week alone based on their results.. over 15% This will come good, still believe in Stroll and AML but there’s far better opportunities out there especially as it’s results season
Don’t think we’re expecting anything on the 12 adbon, even the AML investors calendar shows nothing on the 12 anymore. I’ll hold till at least that date as that was always my intention then make a decision..
Totally agree 33! SP cant get any sort of meaningful momentum whatsoever and what's also concerning is that I don't see any further news/RNS from Aston to help boost the SP since.. maybe clarification on the junk bonds but beyond that I see nothing. Q3 results should've been the boost we all wanted but even that wasn't enough
AML could come out tomorrow saying they have 5k+ DBX on the order book and it still wouldn’t get this SP off the ground.. if all the positives from last week wasn’t enough to move the SP then I don’t know what will... still we can hope I guess
Might not win races but should be competing nicely with red bull & Ferrari.. after all the Aston Martin F1 team have a very close relationship with the Mercedes F1 team ;)
Need to keep in mind that Aston is trying to appeal to a younger audience too, this was confirmed by the guy running things in Asia. I think it’s near impossible to design a sports car that will appeal to someone in their 30’s and someone in their 60’s..
Maybe just selling out of frustration lol.. Rolls Royce +6.50%, IAG +10%, Kingfisher +2.30%, TUI +9%, EasyJet +8.50% but we get nothing but frustration holding AML. Got to hang on till the 12th now
How would that work considering Stroll already owns the Racing Point F1 Team?.. thought it was just a straight forward re-branding from Racing Point to Aston Martin F1?
Hi everyone, I’ve been keeping a close eye on this board as it’s mostly full of interesting ideas/theories so thought I’d post to get some opinions.. I’ve been holding Aston shares since June, got in initially at 59p but slowly brought my average down to 54p. Like most of you I’m looking forward to Nov 12th but still unsure if I’ll actually sell on the 12th or continue to hold.. what’s your thoughts, will you sell on the spike and possibly buy back in or will you continue to hold? Do you think the SP will spike on the 12th then fall back to 50-60p or will it maintain a higher SP? Obviously I’m hopeful the SP will jump after the results so any opinions from you will be much appreciated.
