Market screener shows OTB is over 90% institutional holders. I know that on the share buyback they made an adjustment because of a lack of liquidity.

I suspect that another buyback is going to create a substantial problem and will force the price up before liquidity is found.

I added more today reported in red again.

I can see the below which totals 146.62m shares. It claims just 3.7m shares are in the hands of public companies and retail investors.

Does anyone have a link to the current+3% holders taking into account the share buybacks.

Another share buyback will squeeze liquidity disproportionately in my opinion.

Yes it was a typo £1.595 I made it. It's crazy really given the progress by the business.

The Classic Collections business decision makes sense given the growth at on the beach who are exceeding market norms.

I guess there may be some tax benefits given they paid £20m in 2018

Given the shares bought back the current price is around £1.50 in old money. That's ridiculous.

I wonder if they'll buy more. I see no reason not to as the argument for is now more compelling.

I wouldn't want to be short at this level. The market appears irrational which isn't so unusual for the UK market.

easyJet delivered a strong performance today, the holiday arm adding 50m extra profit. Jet2 holidays expanding and on the beach delivering good numbers in the last update. Clearly the DIY holiday market is shrinking as people look for flexible packages and booking platforms.

The shorts are betting on Brits abandoning holidays to save money, that isn't going to happen.

Bookings are consistently high as habits change, holidays are becoming slightly shorter and moving away from 7, 10 and 14 days. Our average booking period has dropped 1.8 days in the last 2 years. Some favouring more but shorter holidays, others bring the cost down a bit to offset price increases.

Here on the Costa del sol we have seen demographic changes, more Scandinavian visitors, less Germans. Brits remain on a modest increase.

I suspect the drop from 210p or so to 190 was because of the end of the share buyback. It disrupts the balance and allows market forces to act on the price.

However the further we go away from the end the less the impact

I think they were hard done by in the trading update. They disclosed a super summer and a very strong winter. Summer 25 12% up. Winter 12% up on last year's record. It seems the consensus of "experts" were expecting another £4m which would have given a near 35% increase. I suspect they were getting ahead of themselves. Who is doing 35%? Then marking down for 12% is a bit rich given its 12% over 2 seasons which is consistently exceeding. The market growth is 2 or 3% so clearly they are increasing market share of these DIY assembled package holidays.

Our hotel group is growing revenue 3.2% this year so OTB are doing very nicely and have broadened their reach into the market.

Here on the Costa del Sol we are booming. Our largest demographic for increase is Scandinavia.

It's going to be interesting to see how the cruise offering and Ireland business is progressing in the looming results.

Little Pete the share price is already equivalent to £1.60 following the share buybacks. I will be adding more today. This is more to do with the balance of trades following the end of the buyback support, same thing happened at Jet2.

I spoke with a colleague who heads up the partnership team at a competitor to OTB. The cruise offering is simply a booking portal for cruise lines. OTB make margin and can up-sell hotel holidays to add to the cruise before and after. Cruises can be booked directly on the website now from today at preferential prices.

Apparently mark ups are 8 to 10%. OTB can add flights and accomodation to the sale.

Honestly I don't see any risk, very little cost and no downside to this new offering.

Will it make any money, I don't know but clearly the professionals at OTB think so.

Shore are saying that OTB are wrong with their 34.5 to 35.5m and miss it by 1.1m. The closure of Classic will have an impact but there may well be some tax right offs also.

It's very clear that OTB reiterated their medium term goals which are extremely adventurous ( TTV of £2.5bn, EBITDA of £100m and Adjusted PBT of £85m) Ibelieve they also have a reward package linked to those goals.

Largely I find brokers poorly informed and agenda driven. As an example, the comments about cruises. As I understand it from OTB that they will offer cruise attachments to beach holidays as partner with various cruise lines, such as Celebrity Cruises, MSC Cruises, and Princess Cruises. This is for nothing up-selling in my opinion and a simple bolt on.

The share price looks crazy cheap to me.

I have a feeling this person is going to regret hitting sell.

More for me this morning at 190.20. Showing red again. My 4 purchases yesterday showed red too. I don't think it's a conspiracy just a weak market. I always offer below the mid and sometimes it's accepted.

I would be extremely surprised if they didn't add 25 or £30m more.

Do you know how much of the authority is remaining.

I made 3 separate buys for £9000 total. All were reported in red below the mid.

Despite the falling price I can't help thinking that it doesn't represent the whole picture here.

I took more in the last hour and will continue to add with profit from Jet2.

It's going to be interesting to see where this goes now.

Clearly the valuation minus cash is nonsense and sub £2 it's a very interesting investment.

Reading the September trading update then looking at the share price performance since makes you wonder at the market. In fact the information given in the update was extremely comprehensive and leaves no doubt that the company is extremely robust.

It's ok I bought back 640 at £13.44, just a quick flip.

I don't know if they are any good it lbkr and I set the sale at 0750 UK time.

I dumped 600 shares at 1390 immediately. I have 1500 sells in at similar price. Lovely

Decent write up. All the growth is Bournemouth and Luton extra capacity with load factors slightly down.

Adding Gatwick should do the same next year. Which is encouraging.

Winter bookings up but not as much as the extra capacity. Better than I expected even though as is normal now winter is mostly unsold at this point.

The tone was definitely more positive or less negative.
